I used our engagement pictures. We had a sequence of us falling in the sand. I photoshoped the table numbers on each picture and above the table I put the phrase "falling in love forever" -
these are very creative great idea!

I know that some hotels say that if you decide to use outside vendors they will charge a fee but not tax...Aslo, there may be gratuity included in the food service or drink service but not a tax. Sorry, hopefully someone has more information about this. Would this included in your contract?
