I decided to go shopping this past weekend and look for another dress. I did not find anything and everybody kept telling me to hurry up!!! I know there right, I don't have alot of time left, I am getting married in less than 5 months. I don't know if it is the same thing in other region but in Ottawa and Montreal, it takes a minimun of 4 to 6 months to receive an order, so I have to find something that will fit me or that I will be able to altered. So now, I am considering adding some...don't even know what ... loll... to my actual dress. I promised to post a link for all of you to see the dress if I found one so here it is... please let me know what you thing of it. It it number 8. Thanks alot. You asked for an honest opinion, so I will give you mind. It is a beautiful dress but I think that it does cut you off a bit. I absolutely love the back though!! Why not try to have it altered a bit, I am sure it will then be perfect. I know how you feel, I went to pick up my dress last week and have the same problem... good luck to you, I am sure that whatever you choose to do, you will look amazing for you bid day!!

I lost 30 pounds since last year and was able to keep it off. I drink at least 6 bottles of water a day. I don't think that there is a miracle diet. I watched wath I eat but allow myself a treat (a big one) at least once a week. So when I found it hard to resist... I think about what I looked like a year ago and how hard I worked to lose all that weight, it is the most motivated picture!!!

Yesterday, I got a phone call... my dress has arrived. I was so excited that I decided to go right away and try it on!!! It fits perfectly fine, except little "normal" alterations that have to be done. The thing is... I find it soooooo ordinary now!!! The dress is of course all paid for, so I can't change unless I loose my money and buy another one. Am I the only one that this happened to?

We chose ROR because of the price, size of the resort and they seemed to know alot about planning a wedding. P.S. Mello78, I just noticed we are both from Canada and are getting married the same day!!

You are not being unreasonable, your best friend is supposed to support you. You got an easy way out... you should count yourself lucky! Found another BM who will be happy to be there for you and have a great wedding.

We have the same problem!! Once I said that we will not change anything they decided to cancel their trip! Remember that it is your wedding and the most important thing is for you and your FI to be happy!
