wow!!!great pictures!! I have my bd session in a couple weeks and all the ideas on here are wonderful-thank you I just have one concern-my session is only 45 minutes and it takes me soo long to get into the outfits I have. Does 45 mins seem like enough time How long were other ppl's sessions??

I agree - try on all different styles and have fun doing it!! Some bridal salons won't tell you the designer (so you don't go buy it elsewhere) so keep that in mind. I bought my dress from a salon only because I heard that buying a dress online can be risky (ie you may get a knock off). I typically brought only 1-2 people with me for the initial visits but when I was down to "my dress" I brought all the girls with me! Just have fun and try on many dresses at many different salon! Good Luck

We booked with sunwing as well and went through the exact same thing. We have 20 people that put their deposits in (including us) but yes it was so stressful!! We never did STD's but at the moment we are working cards to send out basically saying thanks for booking and we are so excited you will be joining etc...... we are also including a personalized little booklet that talks all about all the details wedding date etc etc. We did get a few jabs from people that we never sent invites so I hope these cards and letters will show we care and want them there!!! I also explained that by doing it this way we are getting a better deal......... Hope that helps - congrats to you and yours!

good questions k'osh! I would not have thought that you get charged for drinks at the beach BBQ. That is a bit of a bummer - especially with my friends and families thirst levels ha ha. Oh well. Thanks for providing me with the time of the Beach BBQ - we are sending out information brochures and little cards thanking people for booking etc. (We never did STD's or invites) Bring on the week - end

Hi Ladies - I got an e-mail from Yaly this morning and we are confirmed for Jan 22, 2010 at 4 p.m. followed by the Beach BBQ - so so happy right now!! Yaly didn't confirm the time of the Beach BBQ with us and I don't want to be a pain - what time did everyone have their's at? I am feeling so sad for everyone that has had to cancel their wedding due to swine flu. I suspose it is for their own safety but it must be very difficult and stressful. Anyway I must get some zzzzzzzzzz's - till next time.
