congrats it looks like it was a great time!

Our travel agent has been absolutely WONDERFUL!! She has done all the back and forth with our guests etc. during the whole process. She is always only a phone call away. We all made our final payment last week and she sent everyone a 3 page letter on all the useful info for our destination! The letters have sealed it in for everyone and made it so real! The icing on the cake is that she upgraded me and FI to executive class both ways for our flights! She is pretty great and if other TA's are the same I recommend getting a TA!

Thanks for the advice on steaming etc. I will be sure to leave my dress in the bathroom. The bridal shop is going to pack it for me in my carry on luggage - they just told me to bring a bed sheet for them to wrap it in. Hopefully it will travel well! Speaking of travelling well we just found out our TA upgraded us both ways to executive class on the plane!!! Pretty excited about that!

For brides that have done the BBQ - did you have a choice on how the tables were set up? We are hoping to have about 4 smaller tables that hold about 6 people each...... just wondering if we have the option? I am also wondering if they enclose the area so it is somewhat private? Thanks ladies

Hey ladies - We have accomplished a few more things lately! We have ordered our wedding bands, I am almost done our DIY place cards, I got my shoes, purchased OOT bags.......still a few more things to do - we have to fill out all the paper work for the WC - get FI's attire, MOH attire, I have to get fitted for my dress, get jewellery, finish OOT bag contents, MOH and best man gifts...... probably there is more. This is such a great place - I love logging on and checking in with my fellow January brides! Just a few short months left ladies!

Our towels came to $16 each - that was including the towels, embroidery, taxes, shipping, duties - what a wonderful deal they are!!! I really recommend them. We also upgraded to a higher quality towel. Hope it works out for you

time is sure flying on my end too---talk about wedding nightmares - I dreamt the other night that I took out my dress on my wedding morning and put it on and it wasn't my dress. It was a see-through dress with a mini skirt and in my dream I had bought blue panties (as my something blue) and I had to walk down the isle and everyone could see them!!! ahhhh

We just got our towels! We ordered them from Untitled Document . They are most wonderful!! I would post a pic but I have absolutely no idea how...... I totally recommend this company - we didn't have a monogram so I asked if we could get a few palm trees, our names, our wedding date and wedding location and they sent me a proof and it was that simple! They only took a couple weeks to arrive!

our custom towels arrived today and they are perfect - I can'y stop looking at them!! yay!

Congrats and welcome.... We are getting married at Playa Pesquero and that is exactly what we are doing. We have booked the outdoor BBQ for our reception however there is an extra fee of $30 CUC per person. The resort sets it all up - we will probably bring some extra candles etc as I think they just provide hanging lights. Hope that helps.

I just bought 10 of these bags yesterday - they are perfect - only came to $30ish!! They are big but we are doing towels so they are going to work out great - we are also only giving one bag per couple - most men would never use a beach bag! So there will be two of everything in the bag! Thanks again for the tip!
