    Welcome to the forum. Like everyone said, take a deep breath and check out all this forum has to offer. Working with a travel agent helps! It can feel overwhelming but remember this is supposed to be fun!

    keep us updated...I am worried this will happen to me...did ROR offer an expedited service? I am getting married at BRB and they do offer an expedited service but not sure how "expedited" it really is! lol

    You can also hire a DJ for $200/hr. If you do a private reception, you can order floral centerpieces for an addt'l cost. Also you can order chair covers for $12/per chair

    I think your idea of the engraved picture frame with their proposal pic in it would be nice...she can display it proudly! Every time she looks at it, she will smile. I have a pic of our proposal hanging on the wall...its not engraved but it came from Discovery Cove where he proposed:) I love it

    I think paying for an "experience" is an excellent idea...maybe give them 2 options and let them decide what they would like to do. Memories last forever!

    Thanks for sharing...I am getting married there soon myself and there is not alot of info about Breezes on this forum. I have emailed Keisha several times and called down there once but still have not received any response from her. Did you see any other weddings while you were there? I have approx 20 people coming down and trying to decide if I want to do a private reception or not. Did you get married in the beach wedding chapel? Keep us up to date on the status of your license. And how did you like your flowers? Thanks for any info you can pass along!

    Just wanted to let you all know that Walmart has beach totes for only $2 on clearance. The Walmart I went to today had a bunch left in all different colors...yellow, orange, turquoise, black and a few others I think. They had a flower pattern and a plaid type pattern. Very cute for OOT bags and you can't beat the price. I bought some in orange and turquoise

    I plan on giving the oot bags to people before we get there (or at airport....we have alot of people flying w/ us) so I don't have to lug everything down to Jamaica in my own suitcase!

    So I decided to order my towels from towels 4 less which is the same place as kpuckrin..they have been great to work with and very reasonable. I will let you know how they turn out when they arrive:)

    Well I don't have much time left and don't want to stress out too much over this. Gonna keep it simple and do a tote/beach bag, mugs, maybe a towel (embroidered), and small stuff like aloe, advil, etc etc. I loved the bookmark idea and I may attempt to make those...oh and the room key/money holder I will add. I'm not a big crafty person but would like to do something nice for the people who are joinging us. I saw a pic of a chapstick from someone's oot bag..not sure how they did it? lol

    I saw them today on packageperfect.net for the same price and I believe there is no minimum order on that site.

    Karen, I was thinking that too but thought with our towels we could see where everyone was at the pool etc...our group's towels would be different than the resorts. Last year me and FI went to the Bahamas with another couple and our four towels we brought really stood out from the plain yellow ones the resort offered.

    Where did you buy them? Did you have them embroidered or customized in any way?

    How many of you bought beach towels as favors? And what was the average cost? I am already buying mugs so I am unsure if I want to do towels as well but they are something that can be reused. We have approx 16 people traveling to Jamaica for our wedding and thought it would be a nice touch. Thanks for any insight to help ease my mind!

    No you are not crazy! You do need a head start in planning especially if you want to get married the beginning of next year...there is a ton of info on here that will take some time to sort through! Good luck:)
