hi tylersgirl, we bought picture cards too...before being married =P i know i am super late in ordering them, but i just had to! i've always wanted to send them for christmas but never really got around to it. once we booked our engagement photo session, i knew i wanted to send one this year. however we didnt take our pics until dec 4th. but our maginificent photographer sent us our final pics within a week! we made it just in time to order them. thanks to you all for the recommendation on MPIX! we browsed through so many online holiday cards companies and we found MPIX to be the best for what we needed. AND they are quick! since MPIX is in Kansas and we're in California, we opted to pay the extra FedEx fee just to be sure we receive them on time. we'll be super late, but we'll somehow post the christmas card here once we receive them. we really wanted to show everyone our engagement photos heheh =P thanks again for the inspiration, ladies! you rock!

i'm right there with you. i LOVED my dress when i tried it on teh first time that i didnt want to try anything else on! now looking at the new fall 2009 dresses from the runway, i'm having second thoughts! i won't see my dress until march so i'm really nervous. my best advice is...and from what everyone has been telling me... remind yourself of how happy and giddy you were when you tried on your dress and called it "the one." hope everything works out! =)

don't feel obligated! perhaps just get a hotel zone map and give them to your guests so they could see what hotels are near yours.

congratulations on the weight loss! you look great!

grrr... that's what we're sooo worried about too. the holidays is even putting a damper on some of our guests because their money is going to buying gifts. they are getting worried that they won't have enough money for the wedding! i say... thank GOODNESS for tax returns!!!!

i agree.. bridal stores ALWAYS carry white shoes. i would try them first.

the truck!!! at first i was a little nervous about it because it's just so ancient and rusty. but Cooper really liked it and the pics ended up being our favorites. it's so country, rustic, chic! hehe Cooper took some solos of me so i decided to just post it here. he is truly amazing. all done!!! whew! we love his work!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! we were sooo nervous but he was so nice the whole time. now FI and I must narrow the pictures down for the coffee table picture book we're getting. We're also planning on using these pictures for the wedding: guestbook and frames thank you for your patience!

note on the pics above: some of them were taken at a random spot on the side of a road. we literally pulled the car over and started taking pictures. =) almost done!!!

Hi everyone! My FI and I are soooo impressed and satisfied with our engagement pictures. Not only did they turned out great, our photographer sent the proofs to us within 4 days!!! We were really nervous at first because we have never taken professional pics outside a regular studio before. Our photographer was sooo nice and made us feel so comfortable. We are so lucky he was available! Sorry for the number of pictures here. You know you found an incredible photographer when every single picture he/she takes is thread post-worthy. =P. Cooper Carras took a lot of pictures but these are the ones he put in our slideshow and pictage. The colors, angles, style are just so natural and perfect.
