I personally say go to DPA. This way you will know and have less stress in the next few weeks. I actually just emailed the resort asking I should switch to DPA

oh neen-I am so sorry that this is happening above everything else! I think a lot of us are in the same situation...I have a lot of friends that say that they are going but until they book I believe nothing! At the end you have to remember, those who go will be the ones you want to be there and the most important thing to remember is, this is your day and you are marrying a great man!

FYI-this is the email that I just got...we do apologize for the inconvenience that the temporary closing of Dreams Tulum has caused you. As of now, we do not have an exact date when Dreams Tulum will re-open. Please be advised that the wedding coordinator and reservations department will be contacting anyone who had reservations and wedding parties scheduled at that location regarding this issue. I have copied (with high priority) both management and the wedding coordinator so that they can contact you directly. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
