  1. Those pictures are very pretty! I think she did a great job. The couple might not have wanted a crazy TTD-they had a lot of pictures just the 2 of them...I would book Citalli for mine if we were doing one. I think that Leshay might be a member on here also
  2. we aren't having anyone in our bridal party either. We both figured that it would be too hard to pick since everyone going is very close to us. I am having my best friends' kids walk down the aisle because i think it would be super cute though
  3. I just started to look around for invitations also-I feel like I would rather get it done earlier than later. I am thinking about ordering my stuff from Oriental Trading this week but not sure because I have no idea how many people are coming

Booked photographer (Claudia Rodriguez) DJ booked Welcome party, ceremony, cocktail hour locations picked. Right now, I'm thinking about color scheme and will be checking out BM dresses (online) with sis this weekend. Oh, and going to book our I feel the same as Kristy, for some reason, I know it will all get done and I'm not worried, but, maybe I should be! I'm planning on sending out invites first week in Jan. with RSVP by 2/1. It is kind of annoying not to have a head count right now though. But, I don't want to send them out too early or during the holidays. We'll probably send out an email to everyone next month reminding them to book. So far we only have 14 (not including us). You are getting married the same day as me! I tried to book Claudia but she was already booked with yours so we are using Erik!

Maybe figure out what you absolutely HAVE To know before you leave, and the rest don't worry until you get there... I know, easier said than done. I had heard it was $30 cash for the bonfire, albeit with no snacks... that's what I am hoping for. When was the last time you spoke to them? How about calling them adn not leaving a message but trying to call back?
  6. Anna-I am so excited for you to get married! When you get back don't forget to do your review! I know all of us will be waiting anxiously for it!
  7. I would totally do the group rates thing but who knows if my friends want the lowest rooms or they want a suite...I am thinking of sending out an email blast explaining that they only need to give a deposit and don;t have to pay the rest until March! SO ANNOYING

I was thinking about doing smores and drinks on Friday night
  9. ugh-I feel like none of my guests have booked their stuff yet and I am bugging out about it. We are getting married at Dreams Tulum adn there are a TON of other brides out there-my fear is what if the resort is sold out? I would be so pissed-I mean, how do you force people to book? Any ideas?
  10. this is my favorite thread! I love to hear everyone's after thoughts-it really helps me through the planning stages

LOL If you have a confirmation number and was not told about the deposit you do not need one. It is a brand new thing

What type of shoes have you all bought or worn after your beach wedding? I am thinking of either a ballet slipper or a flip flop, but can't seem to comitt to either. I am planning on doing bare foot for the ceremony and then putting on these awesome flip flops. They are clear and they have rhinestones on them (stewart weitzman)

You should really look over the wedding guide. It talks about the fees
