There are lots of options that won't have you imposing on your guests time.
You don't necessarily have to have a welcome dinner. You can have a welcome breakfast, lunch, or you can have welcome drinks/cocktail hour at one of the bars.
I never thought of having a wedding breakfast that is a great idea. So the WC can reserve that for a group prior to the wedding or would we have to wait in line with the rest of the resort?
