I thought these were cute too. How many would you need? You could always look at Walmart or Michaels to see if they have similar boxes that you could paint. That might be cheaper than ordering them from Weddingstar.com

We are hoping to have our ceremony at 3:30-4pm so we can still have enough time to get pics done. We are getting married in November though, so the hot sun is at about 2pm. I also talked to the photographer and asked them when they would suggest having the ceremony so we still have good light for the pics.

If you take it easy for the next week, it will start feeling better. It should be alright by the time you do your walk as long as there is no more injury to the toe, and you don't over do it too much. I have been there, so I know that are able to find a comfortable way to move around without causing too much pain to the toe. It will just take a few days. Take care!!!

Welcome to the forum! I am going to be a Dominican bride this Nov an I can tell you that waiting until about March to book will save you a load of $$. If you book before that the price is very high. What I did was looked at the prices for Nov last year, and then I sent out STD's that said a generalized price we were looking for in a resort and told everyone to start saving. If they are going to come, they will. You will find that a bunch of people that say they will be there...won't be! This is almost standard. I don't know if there are many people on here that had everyone show up that said they would. I am getting married at the Grand Palladium, and if that resort intrests you, feel free to contact me with any questions about the resort or the wedding details.

IMHO, I think if you just added the bling along the top, it would still look very close to the other dress. You could see how much it would cost for the sweetheart neckline alteration, but I would save the $ and just do the bling. That is something that you can do as a DIY too, as it isn't very difficult at all. My Mom and I are adding beading to my dress and my daughters dress.

Those turned out really cute. I like the bamboo handles and the double sided program.

I just found a section at the back of the isles by the material and crafts that had a bunch of wedding stuff. I didn't look that closely at what they had, but there seemed to be a lot of stuff and I didn't notice any high prices.

I would rather have the final results announced at the end. That way it is more exciting and you don't really know if you are out of the running and it can be a bit more of a motivation. If I saw that I was not doing well and way at the bottom, I think I would be a bit less motivated, but that is just me!

I want to know what is up with the DNA test that is onl a sample of Chloe's blood and from that they can tell the babies DNA? WTF! The last anatomy class I took and maternity courses say that the placenta is like a filter for nutrients and oxygen, but the bloods don't mix. Babies blood is in the baby and mom's blood is in the mom. That is why babies can be born to HIV mothers but not have HIV, and they have things called bloodless births, so the bloods can't mix during the delivery!!! I really hope that the baby isn't Caines and then Chloe leaves town. I wonder what is up with Michael's bio dad? I can't believe the guy fell for the Gloria being his sister comment! Loser!

I say try them both on and then have whichever one you LOVE the most on you. If it happens to be the second dress, then sell the first one. I am sure you will have no problem selling it! Follow your heart and get the dress that you feel the best in to walk down the isle!!!

Not too sure about the weather down there, but I have been watching the forecast up here for the 8th. Thankfully it is supposed to be 32 degrees C and sunny. Sat it is supposed to be severe thunderstorm warnings!
