No weight loss this week, but no gain. Didn't eat that well on Tuesday and it obviously reflected on my weigh in this week.

I just don't really like to grocery shop, I do better when DH goes with me. Otherwise, I'm just in and out of there as quick as I can. I do however love Whole Foods!

At my last salaried position (Sr. Art Director/Producer) combined with contract work, I made around 65-70k. My salary is fluctuating right now, since I'm in the process of opening a small business with a very good friend of mine and also doing something new. I can definitely feel the change in the economy, when I did contract work only a few years back my business partner and I did very well and couldn't believe how well we had it. We were very blessed, this time is a bit harder but change is good and I've learned new things about myself. A friend of mine said something a couple of months ago that I found very wise. "I don't believe we come into this world to do just one thing". How do I feel about the economy right now? I will not let it affect me and see it as a challenge and an opportunity to prove myself. It will eventually rise again as it always does.
