Savannah! You can talk to my SIL ! jk Seriously though, she is just as bad... arg don't even get me started. It seems to be a trend with SIL and DWs... I think its jealousy, because we have the bawls to have our dream wedding in a beautiful exotic location and they are stuck being traditional!

Now I am worried! Our ceremony is scheduled for 4:30pm in Cuba. We have chosen a gazebo terrace locations, not on the beach, so I am hoping that squinting + heat would be minimized. I know for a fact they already have a 6pm wedding, as that bride is on this forum as well. So I hope it will be ok !

Hey ladies! Thanks for all the compliments! I could not have done it without BDW! The CDs are DIY, you can buy the cd sticker paper at staples, I found them on clearance at the Bay of all places, paid 1.99$ for a pack of 20! Which is great because we have 18 bags + 2 spare just in case. The picture I got from Misti, for those that ask, her studio is "expressions by misti", If you put that in google, it should be the first link. She is also a vendor on this forum. As for how we are distributing the bags to our guest, we are having a pre-wedding cocktail party 2 days before we leave, at the local Dooly's in Ottawa, so we are going to give most of them out then since about 3/4 of our guests are from Ottawa. However there will be about 4-5 of them that have to come with us to Cuba since we have a couple of guests flying for out of town. But its much better to transport 5 than 20!

This weekend is going to be so hectic, but a lot of fun! First, I am not a picky bride, according to my MOHs, I have not had any bridezilla moments (yet)! I just figure que sera sera! But the craziness that is this weekend might just push me over the edge. Anyway, this weekend, 2 of my oldest friends are driving 10 hours just to see me & to attend my Bridal shower!! How great is that?! They will not be able to make another drive down for the bachelorette party, so we are having a pre-bachelorette party Saturday night! Oh and on top of that… My parents are driving 14 hours to come too! And my mom seems to finally be excited with all this wedding stuff. They are actually going to see my dress for the first time too! To top it all off, my SIL and her mother are hosting a Baby shower for the new nephew. I am a little disappointed that they monopolized Saturday afternoon (it would have been much better to have a bridal shower + pre-bachelorette party on Saturday back to back – since mine involves a bit of drinking ). But she “must†have her shower on a Saturday … Regardless, I am escaping early because my 2gfs from out of town are not invited to her shower, and I obviously want to spend a lot of time with them, since they drove all this way! Oh and I have a hair trial too in there and I have appointed another gf to by my Hair Manager! Where I am going to find the time to do all this?! I am ridiculously organized; I have emailed the 2gfs, my hair manager, and my parents my schedule… lol I will post pics after the weekend and my hangovers are over
