  1. I think I'll just do that also. I figure, I'll stop by the lobby each day and give the oot bags to the staff, for the guests who are coming in that day. That way they will receive it upon arrival. Off topic. Does anyone know what this means? ------>
  2. I would like to know if anyone has purchased it also!
  3. I've been to Jamaica before and have traded things I had for souveniers that the market people made (instead of paying cash). They really LOVE lotions, perfumes, and body sprays. My idea is to go to Victoria's Secret and Bath and Bodyworks to create little gift bags of lotions and smellgoods.
  4. Looked like you had a great time! So you had dinner at Mamee Bay first then the reception @ seagrape? What time was your wedding?
  5. Directed to RIU OR brides but everyone feel free to chime in. I was just wondering...Once we're married, about how long til we get the certificate?
  6. Boy! They really do charge for EVERYTHING! I'm still getting the bonfire though, lol.
  7. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one have dreams EVERY NIGHT! Some are of ex's and some are of the wedding! When will they stop?!!!!!
  8. Sounds like it was a blast! Now I'm thinking of a Seagrape reception! So the table and DJ are right there on the beach? Would we need to got dinner first? I have a 4pm wedding. What your advice new bride? 4pm ceremony dinner @ mamee bay then seagrape reception on the beach?
  9. Looking at the pics, all I can say is WOW. Now I've just got to convence my FI to hiring and outside photoghapher!
  10. You'll be beautiful!!!! Have a wonderful time! Another one of our brides is off to Jamaica YAY!
  11. I think the lastest one I posted maybe the one I'll choose but I still have a few more shops to hit before I make the final decision. I want to thank you all for helping me out soooooo much! I'm sooooo glad I found this site!
  12. I've been to Jamaica before and have seen the RP. It is very pretty so I'm sure it will be worth the price.
  13. I've added a new dress. How do you all like this one (#26-2? share.shutterfly.com/action/welcome?sid=2IYt2TRmzZOQA
  14. I priced RP before I made the final decision ROR. I did find there prices to be a little steep. Not to mention the fact that most of my guests could not afford the RP accomodations. So I weighed that against the price I would have to pay for outside guests to attend. That made RP unreasonable for our budget. I agree it is a beautiful place to get married but not if it puts you in huge debt.
  15. That's the part I really dread! Thank you notes~!
  16. That is a very good idea. I don't know how many guests I will have until May, 1st (RSVP) otherwise I'd do it.
  17. From what I've heard, they may not even be able to get onto the property and if they do you will most likely have to pay. Hope not but you may want to ask Chandlyn (and get it in writing) before you hire them.
  18. Does anyone know how much this excursion is per person? Is it reasonable enough to sponsor the wedding party? I saw somewhere that it is $15.pp but I'm not sure.
