  9. Thanks so much for posting your review!!! Now, for even MORE questions.......lol Did you use the videographer on the resort? You mentioned that it was pretty hard to hear your wows because you weren't mic'd. Is there an additional charge to have a mic during your ceremony? Did the steel band take requests? was there rum punch or champagne served following your wedding? Do you have any reception pics? What other music did the disco play? thanks again for the pond gazebo pics!!!
  10. Yayayyyyyy!!!!! Finally!!!! i've been waiting (not patiently), but waiting! Everything looked great! Your dress, hair, EVERYTHING!!! 13. I want to play music during dinner at the Plantation and I want something that is loud enough for over 100 people. does anyone know if the Riu will be able to accomodate me if i bring my ipod. The music is very important to me and even for dinner, i want something that is very clear w/ alot of bass, and has an overall powerful sound.
  14. Are you playing music during your dinner........if so, what songs are you choosing? I am making up my playlist right now and I want some good "rockers". I already have lots of Dennis Brown, Freddie McGreggor, Sanchez, Garnett Silk, Mighty Diamonds, etc..... I need more though. Any suggestions

My dress had tons of beading and lace and i soaked in the bathtub that night and then hung it to dry. I only saw one bead hanging off and that could of been from anything during the day. Once it dried you couldn't even tell it had gotten wet. The fabric felt a little sandy still but the drycleaners assured me today that it would be fine after they cleaned it. I can't wait to see it!! We are doing our TTD shoot the day after the wedding and we are not telling ANYONE!!! You can't get as loose as you want to with mom and grandma peeking!!

The florist emailed me this weekend (a week after my wedding) with price qoutes for the bouquets that I liked and they were all $180-$250, matching bout $40 each, and hair orchids $15 each. The bouquets are the ones in my siggy below. I will be posting my review with details either tonight or tomorrow, but feel free to PM me if you have specific questions. Sorry to hijack............. OMG 12 piece!!!! You're BACK!!! Ive been waiting for you! Can't wait to read your review and see pics! I'm going to hold my questions for later, cause you know i have a bunch!!
  17. Thanks for posting Steph........another one to add to the list. My FI already thinks i'm crazy when he comes downstairs and sees me in all of these weird positions, and then just shakes his head.....lol

Instead of doing a full situp, you only life yourself slightly off the ground & then reach your hand down to touch the shoe (or leg if you can't reach the shoe) of that same side. I alternate side to side for a count of 20 (so 10 each side) & then take a breather. It's honestly one of the only exercises where I can actually "feel the burn" in my obliques. But a warning, even if you don't feel it right away, you will feel it the next day! I actually tried this today and I loved it! I think using this technique and the side plank should definitely give me some results! Thanks for posting this!
  19. Okay, i'm back!! Thanks again for posting! Were the white chairs automatically set up for your pond gazebo ceremony or did you have to ask for it. (oops, i just read that they were $5 each)..........All of the weddings that I've seen up to this point used the brown chairs, but i would much rather prefer the white ones. Also, were the gazebo decorations included or did you have to do any upgrades for the tulle and flowers? Do you have anymore ceremony pics that you wouldn't mind posting? I'm curious to see how the positioning is for the bride and groom inside of the gazebo. Thanks for everything! Your looked like you had so much fun!!
  20. Thanks so much for posting these. I'm getting married at the pond gazebo too and i have tons of questions for you. I have to finish looking through your slide show, so i will be back!! Congrats on your wedding! So far, everything looks great!
  21. i love it!! Now, i'm considering using it after reading your post! Great song choice!!!
