Sad to say, I think that this was the worst part of the planning experience. People don't understand why you need these numbers......for seating purposes, food, number of tables (which leads to number of centerpieces), cake size, number of favors, welcome bags........... basically EVERYTHING!!! Try not to worry. Just continue to check with your TA and if you are cutting it close and running out of time, as much as I hate this, start making phone calls.

How much is that going to cost for shipping. I normally wouldn't recommend shipping things to Jamaica unless they are insured, registered and sent a good time ahead.

I second Traverlers Checks.....also, I'm not sure about Chandlyn, but I think that some places (ex. Photoshop), charges you an additional fee if you use a credit card.

I second Coyaba River Gardens on Ocho Rios. Me and hubby went their on our honeymoon and we had the entire place to ourselves. It's much more private than Dunn's River. It is a perfect place to take some pics. Here are some pics that I took there:

My hair was done with all of my real hair....no hair added. I just told Audrey that I wanted a bun and asked her to do something special and she did. If you go to her, I wouldn't worry to much. She is really creative. Good luck!!

It depends on what you want. For the plantation, depending on the size of your group, there is limited dancing room. If you have a small group, I would definitely recommend staying at the plantation for the full 4 hours, but if you have a large group, your space will be limited for dancing (however, you won't feel rushed with dinner). Since we booked the disco at 9:0pm and I had a pretty large group, we kinda felt like we had to hurry up and eat, and get everything done before we went over to the disco, so it pretty much depends on what's priority to you.

You haven't forgotten about us have you...........we are like animals......you have to feed us (with pics of course.....lol)

OMG Yolanda.......I am super late with this one, but I am blown away! Everything looked spectacular and so special! Robin did a great job capturing your moments. You two look so cute together!
