  1. Wow, that is surprising news! Do you think you're going to do a wedding at home now? Are y'all going to skip going away for now all together or do you think you'll still use it as a vacation? You are so strong, and a great example of what a marriage is. It's not about the wedding but about the commitment we are each making to our nearest and dearest. He is lucky to have you!
  2. YAY! Christine, great choice - I've been dying to know what you'd pick. Heidi, YOU DESERVE IT!!!!! Everyone here is just so amazing.

Seriously Gwyne, you have a rockin' body! I can't believe you have 5 kids - how lucky they are to have a Mom so in shape that can keep up with them! Good job on the photography too. That is a cool switch to put the photographer on the other side of the lens!
  4. Amy, have you been in contact with the new WC yet? If so, how does she seem? We're set to leave 2 months from yesterday - yippee!
  5. Nicole - excellent review. Kudos to you for being so honest, that took a lot of guts. Juan - I am very impressed by your reaction. Honestly I was a little weary of reading the responses to this, thinking that it would escalate into drama. I don't know many people who would react as positive and proactive as you did. I truly think you are going to go very far with this kind of attitude.

  8. It definitely sounds like she could be a hell of a lot more sensitive to your needs. The only thing I can see validity in is that someone probably should have had someone call in for you. Other than that, she is being extremely harsh on you. I think you should still get your paid days. I would definitely look into legal action if you can.
  9. Sounds like you've got a good attitude - and you're right, even if you don't get every little detail done your wedding is still gonna be amazing! What could beat getting married in Mexico with your family and friends there to support/party with you

If that's the case, maybe if you are worried about giving out your address, you can set up a gift wish list type thing and have that the way your gift is picked. I don't know if that's a bad idea, but I'd be willing to buy someone a gift that way. I think Amazon hides your address.... I'm sure others may too? Sounds like you might be onto something. I agree with Jules, if it can all get worked out I'd be down. I *heart* Xmas!
