    I think matching bands are really cute, although my FI wants to have his ring made out of tungsten or titanium. I am not wearing that. Most likely we will have different bands. I guess we could get the same design just different metals.

    Those pictures are great. She had a beautiful wedding. I sent your link to my FI to see what he thinks. He is in charge of picking the photographer. I have no idea what is good and what is mediocre. Nice job!

    My parents are not paying for my wedding as well. I was planning on making them a photo album of the wedding and that was going to be their gift. I have been reading articles about buying parents gifts and most of them suggest photo albums or pictures.

    I will be getting married in CR in September. Please let me know if you need any help. I am in the United States though so I don't know much about the airlines/flights in Canada. I know that the first time I flew to CR I had to connect in Atlanta. I don't recommend it. Try to find a direct flight. Paying extra will be totally worth it. TRUST ME!

    Don't bring him with you. Tim and I do everything together, but I really want to surprise him with my dress. You should take a co-worker (like one of the other girls mention). I think the suspense it nice when he is totally clueless as to what you are going to wear that day. It makes it special.

    I was not apart of the picking process when it came to my ring. I have no idea what it costs. What I do know is that he had the whole ring made from scratch. Tim picked the diamonds himself. I have a three stone emerald cut with a platinum band. Exactly what I wanted. I know that he saved up for a year. The larger stone is 1ct. and the two accent stones are .5ct. White gold is pretty inexpensive and it looks great. I want my wedding band to be in white gold.

    I am all about Sample sales. Top Button and Daily Candy are good sites. Sometimes the knot will let me know about sample sales, but they are usually a little late on notifying me. I know that Vera Wang had their HUGE sample in NYC. All the dresses were 75% off and the shoes were super cheap as well. I think they were like $25.

    I don't think I am going to do the whole guest book thing. I am thinking about placing post cards in everyone’s OOT Bags and asking them to write what they most liked about the wedding or if they have anything else to say and have them mail it back to me.

    I was feeling the same way. I need to mail a deposit for my wedding to some address in Miami when the check is for Costa Rica. I am a little scared. I just might send it certified just to make sure that it gets there.

    Glenda, I LOVE #9. Seriously. I love that dress. I really want that for myself. I think it would look really cute in a bright pink color. Do they sell those dresses in California. I think you are right about having them made.

    I am having a real hard time thinking of a dress I want my BM's to wear. I really don't care what they wear. I was thinking about just going to Macy's or Nordstrom and just picking a dress there that looks good on the both of them. Is this weird that I don't care?

    I really think you should do the video. I am not married yet, but I am almost 100% sure that we are going to tape the whole day. It would be nice to look back and see what a wonderful time we had.
