Thanks for all the information. I just want to make sure they can fly me to Costa Rica in one piece. They fly direct, which is what I am looking for. The other airlines that fly direct are United, TACA, and LACASA (SP). So far Spirit is the cheapest non stop.

I really love Ann Taylor as well and that is the color that I am using. I thought the hot pink would stand out in the rainforest with all the lush greens. I am happy. -
I am not sure when I am going to sent my formal invites. I am including an RSVP though. Not too many people in my family would RSVP online. I have already sent out my STD's just to get people thinking about it.

Fotini, those are great invites! I really like them. Nice and original. Question for you ladies out there. Did anyone do a formal invite with the wording? Mr. and Mrs. John Smith invite you to joining them in the marriage of their daughter (example) I was looking at my parents invites and realized that I did not do that type of wording. I just put my name and my FI name. I hope that is okay. My wedding is not that formal. So I am trying to stick with casual writing.

I drink Oolong Tea or Green tea. It is supposed to help suppress your appetite. Note to self about the peppermint tea. I will have to try that.

I am not married yet, but I am asking that my FI wear a tan/ivory suit for the wedding. We went to Macy's on Sunday and found this wonderful suit, but it was not made for tropical weather. I also found some great suits at Zara and Brooks Brothers. Brooks Brothers actually make suits for tropical weather, which is great.

We are getting married in Costa Rica. We chose this destination because 1. We love Costa Rica and are all about rainforest and tropical weather 2. We wanted a small wedding 3. We could afford the destination. -

I really like the parasols from www.pearlriver.com. I think they look really cute and they are super cheap. I also found this site Welcome to World Buyers: Wholesale Decorative Capiz Boxes, Picture Frames. I am not sure if you need a business license to buy them. There prices are really decent and they sell in bulk. -

It feels so good when you mail your STD's!!! I love the message in a bottle idea. Tony Hawke and his wife did that for his wedding. There was an article on their wedding in an InStyle Weddings magazine. You should check it out.

Frustrated a bit with WC

I have a question for you ladies. Do you pay your WC or is part of the hotel service? I am working with my hotel "WC" I am not sure if she is actually one, but she is not charging for her services and I was thinking I should give her some sort of tip. Also, I really think you need to call your hotel or something and tell them that your wedding is like 2 months away and you don’t have answers!!!
