    Did anyone wear their heels in the sand? My dress is perfect if I were to wear heels, but I am getting married in the sand. I really don't want to hem my dress. I bought this wonderful Vera Wang at a sample sale and I think it looks perfect as is. I am super confused with what to wear on the beach.

    I love those bags. I am just worried about traveling with them. Do they fold? Will they take up too much space in your luggage? I figured they were small, but they are super cute!

    Thanks for the tip about TACA. That was going to be my first choice for flying to Costa Rica. Now I need to look for another airline. I chose them because they fly direct and I didn't want any connecting flights when flying with my dress. Man! I am a little bummed.

    How did you travel with your dress? Do you check it? Do you take it on as a carry-on? And if so will they hang it up for you? I will most likely be flying on TACA Airlines to Costa Rica and I am not sure what to do with my dress.

    We have decided to marry in Manuel Antonio. We took a vacation there about 2 years ago and absolutely loved it. We are staying at Hotel Costa Verde and are wedding is going to take place in the morning due to high chance of rain. ? What type of shoes do you ladies recommend for a ceremony on the beach?     Hello Ladies, I am excited to see a forum that is dedicated to just destination weddings. I am happy/excited to inform you all that I will be getting married in Costa Rica on September 6, 2007. Has anyone already done this? If so your comments are greatly appreciated. Angie
