  1. Erica, everyone on here is giving you such good advice and I would listen to them. I just want you to also know that I have no budget, FH might, but I don't. I just spend money that I have on things and I am not charging anything (well, I charged my dress, but that is paid off now). We are making sure our credit cards are at 0 and we will use those to pay for the wedding when we have to pay for the things and then drop our savings and our line of credit on the cards after to pay them down. So, do not stress, it can happen without a budget, but you might spend a lot more. For us, its easier cause everything at our resort is included, except for a few extra's that I want, and we don't pay till we get there. So, I have not had to put down deposits or anything like that. (I also had no job till a month ago, so that helped with the spending )
  2. I love love love the first ones. I wish I had seen those a long time ago I have long since sent out my STD's, but I would totall use those if I needed them. Good job.

I would rather lose my hair, I can wear a wig.
  4. Do you have a Burlington Coat Factory near you? I am going there this weekend because I went there a few months ago and they had a huge, I mean huge, selection of flower girl dresses from sizes 0 to 3 months to size 12. And, they have matching ones for those ranges and they were super cute and great prices. The most expensive one was $32.99 and they had lots for a lot cheaper than that.

  8. You are doing the best thing. If you are not positive you have found the one, keep looking. You will be happy you did and you will not be a 2 dress bride. Plus, I have to say the trying on dresses was the most fun part.

The NS food is good, I just don't like all the preservatives. I think I just want to have fresher foods in my diet. I think that is a good decision. All those preservatives can not be good for you and I would worry about your long term health on that diet. WW is much better for you because you get to pick your own foods and they encourage you to eat fruits and veggies.
  10. What about all you other girls? I worked out Wednesday night and Thursday night. I am going away for the weekend, so this will be a bad weekend, but I am back at it on Monday when I meet with my trainer. I have not posted on the blog cause I have not really figured it out yet. Ladies, where are you? Tell us about your workouts.

From everything they said I would definitely pay the extra money to get the grand suite or whatever it is called. They were upgraded for free because the hotel couldn't find their reservations and they ended up getting three rooms all to themselves (which they were pretty happy about). The only other suggestion is to make sure you bring scissors as the resort uses the bracelets and you would want to cut those off before the wedding. Thank you for your advice. I was not told about the bracelets, thank you. Those are so silly, why does any resort use them. No worries, we will take them off before the wedding for sure. I am so glad they loved it. I have heard only good things from people who have been there, but some people on trip advisor disagree, so it scares me sometimes. Thank you. Did ahy of them happen to get hair or make up or manicure's done? lol

Ann, I only have a credit card through paypal. It use to be my bank account, but I stopped using it for a long time and it expired. I will try to set it back up in the mean time, as you do not have my total yet. If it does not work, I will send you a cheque for sure. I am working on the pay pal thing first though.

But these girls did deserve everything they put in. DITTO!!! (my message is too short, I need to say more)
  14. Why didn't I see these last night?? Well, I am at work now so I could only look at a few, but they are beautiful, Jenetta, you look amazing and your DH looks so happy and you look so in love. Congratulations.
  15. Congratulations Lisa and James. Have a great day and try to enjoy it and not let it slip by too fast. Can't wait to hear all about it.
  16. I first heard about this site around 2 years ago and I had to check it out right away. Well, small world, there are 2 guys I went to high school with on there. And, they were really bad, nasty things that these girls had to say. But, if you deserve it, you deserve it.
  17. I worked out with my trainer last night and she killed me. It felt great about an hour later though As of next week I start seeing my trainer 2 times a week till the wedding. I am so excited about it. Not excited about the cost or her kicking my ass, but about getting into shape.

Is anyone missing 2 pashminas (one is purple with gold the other is kinda of burgundy with black?). I don't think anyone ordered multi colored ones but I could be wrong. I didn't realize the company was going to ship them all seperately to us. That's awesome! Thanks Ann and Maria! Oooh, that is so exciting. I can't wait to get mine now. I am so glad you like them so much.
  19. Both mom's were told they could wear whatever they wanted. Our colours are pink and brown, and my mom is wearing a black eyelet dress and my FMIL is wearing a navy blue dress. So, they are not matching at all. I told them they could match if they wanted to, they chose dresses they loved instead of matching ones.

Just make sure the keyword (or words) is specific enough to not filter email you want. I hope password protecting it works. I'm going to protect mine now. Thanks for the warning. I have hotmail and I was looking for something like this, to put them somewhere else, and I can't find it. I have not got an email now for almost 10 mins, so I am hoping the password thing worked. They are spamming the sections that say For Bridesmaids and For Groomsmen. So, I would suggest you password protect those.

If it's not active, can't you password protect it. Then no one will need to password, but you'll stop the spam. The problem is that I have got about 150 emails since last night asking me to approve them. I requested to stop getting the emails, but that does not help. No one can see the spam, but my inbox is being filled with the emails. I tried to password protect the inactive pages, I will see if this works. I really hope it does.

What do you mean forum pages? There is only the RSVP and you need a code for that, and the guest book. They are trying to spam pages that I deleted from my site. That is the part that gets me the most, they are not even active.
