The one drawback is the communication with the wedding coordinator. They are in the process of a transition so it may take a long time to get a response. My suggestion is calling the hotel directly and ask to speak to the WC. You may have to call a few times before you can actually reach her but this way she will be able to tell you if your date is available.
I'm having a private reception at Dreams Tulum for about 55-60 people in November.
Good luck! PM me if you have other ?'s.

I'm totally confused and my parents and in laws need my decision by Monday so they can put the deposit down! We are expecting a min of 50 ppl. I've looked into Dreams (no1 has gotten back to me after about 10 requests that I've submitted), Iberstar Lindo (Riveria Maya), Gran Bahia Principe (which so far I like bc the WC responds so quickly), Riu Palace Las Americanas (which I like as well, but cant figure out re: private party), and a few others that didn't have my date available. Can any1 recommend me a hotel to look into that will work with the private party I need? HELP HELP HELP PLEEEASSEE!!!!
