  2. Heather22 we sent out Save the Dates as far out as possible, about 8 months out and had a nice turnout for us 13 including the two of us. Bethb731 they will have speaker available to use during the ceremony but not for the reception time. That's an additional cost. We brought mini speakers along and used an iPod. Photo Souvenir was there when I got married so not sure how the new crew is. We only got the number of prints that came with our package but you can buy more for around $4 each not can't remember if they offered a disk of images but if so it was kind of pricey. Sorry I haven't been around to help answer questions but I'll do my best.

  4. I did Turbofire which is another one of Chalene's program and got great results. I loved the program and even won $500 for losing weight using that program! I would recommend Chalene Extreme too, had friends who did it and loved it.

You'll do great and get great results as long as you stick with the program. I too loved Insanity!! I didn't do Asylum afterwards and did Turbofire instead. And now I'm also doing T25 which LOVE! I'm in week 4 and have gotten some great results so far. Good luck!
  6. Good luck Dawn! I completed Insanity for the first time this year and I have to say that the first week is the hardest. It never gets easier, but you WILL get better. If you stick with it though you'll get the results you want!

  8. Kara - Exactly what ChocoTaco said, never sacrifice your form. Even though Insanity is high impact, work at your own pace. The more you do the workouts your body will get used to it and it won't be as difficult, but it's always gonna be a challenge. That's what the program is designed to do, challenge you. Cherina - I was also scared before I started the program, but no matter how hard it is DON'T GIVE UP!   11. Please excuse the poor quality of the photos but here are my before and after results from INSANITY! I replaced one meal a day with Shakeology, pressed play everyday and lost a total of 4lbs, 6.75 inches overall and went down two pants sizes. I can't say enough about the program!! It'll work, if you do the work!!

  14. Hey ladies! I'm currently in the second week of the second month and that first week was brutal! I'm feeling much better now and am able to get more done in the workouts this week. I haven't been following the diet plan that came with it but I've decided to live a healthier lifestyle overall and make healthier food choices.
