      Yesterday, 3 mile hike with FI, today was just the elliptical and lifting for arms. Must get back in routine again... injuries are annoying

        I love it too, lol! Besides bike riding, no other exercise gives me such a rush!

          10 weeks before our June 5 wedding I started working out 40 minutes M-F in the mornings before work. Been sticking with it for a few weeks now and feeling great. Plus trying to keep my eating under control. Goal is 5-10 lbs..

              I ran 8 miles on the treadmill this morning while watching "The Today Show".

                Made it to class last night, even though I was dog tired.

                40 min of interval sprints and a killer leg workout..man I'm going to be hating myself tomorrow...

                  Walking lunges two days ago legs are still killing me. I did one hour of cardio yesterday and today weights. Trying to stay motivated now that my trainer is gone!

                    Started my workout with Jillian Michaels The Biggest Winner - How to Win by Losing: Shape Up-Backside followed by chest exercise. Got robed in for 20 minutes of spin when I said bye to friends in class. Definitely sweated more than I had planned.

                      30 minutes on Elliptical trainer with FI.


                      I love yoga and tried the hot yoga once. I don't know how you ladies do it! I loved the stretch I got out of it, but I thought I was going to die from the heat!
