Have you exercised today?

After reading the posts I forced myself to go to the gym yesterday. I did 30 mins of cardio then back to work. Have to remember my health is more important than work! And I gained 2 pounds in PR!

OMG OMG OMG I let my co-worker talk me into doing a 45 min spin class today for the first time ...my legs were like jello, my butt was numb and I sweated so much you would have thought I was playing in the rain. BUT I loved it LOL

I ran 16KM yesterday after only 4 hours of sleep, and I didn't have any food or water with me. Stupid. But I made it! I was really sore all day yesterday though. Today is my day off and I need it!

That's the plan! Yesterday afternoon I felt really skinny (after the run). But I probably ruined it by going out for beers and mozza cheese sticks and then having a cadbury creme egg later. I think I need to run a 16KM the morning of the BD shoot so I can look skinny again! Haha.

I remember eating the Cadbury eggs around Easter when I was a kid. Those are so good. bunny_4.gif
