  1. Kinkos print quality is very good but it can turn out to be on the expensive side. I had some invites done there late last year and thank God I was only have 8 done for a dinner party because it was almost $20 and I was only printing on a 5 x 5 card. I would definitely look into Vista Print, they have much more reasonable rates I think.
  2. I just wrote the same post somewhere else. I am totally addicted. I was on here all day yesterday and now since like 4 am this morning I have been reading forums, reviews, you name it. There is so much to read and to learn and to know. It is mind boggling and this website has it all. It's just great.
  3. Congratulations and welcome. Good luck with the planning
  4. Welcome and congratulations

They have a lot of info over there about TAs and recommendations and reviews. It was very helpful to me, so I thought I would share.

Hey CeCe I think your date is cool too. That is one of my sister's anniversary so I didnt want it to be the same so I thought why not ring in the new year with a wedding instead. I love the cord ceremony idea. My third sister had a hand fasting ceremony instead of the ring ceremony. that was also very good. I can definitely dig it up and share it with you if you like. But I love the cord ceremony. I included the link in my previous post so you can definitely use that. And the cords are very inexpensive so it is also within the budget. I love it and can't wait to share it with everyone on our day.
  8. Thanks for the posting. I was wondering about getting luggage tags but you just gave me a great idea. I have a laminating machine at my disposable that can be used to do like you did. Thanks for the idea. Yours are great!
  9. Congratulations on your engagement. I totally understand about the overwhelming feeling. There are so many different resorts and packages to choose from. I haven't decided yet either. Good luck!
  10. @Sungoddes_08 = I definitely agree the Crest white strips do work and I plan to do the same thing with my eyebrows. Just leave them and they will grow in long before June and then you can have then shaped like you want. I was a fellow nail biter for many years so I understand about your nails. I am trying to figure out what I am going to do about that also. I don't want to wear fake nails but I also want them to look lovely and they are not at all strong.
  11. Hi TA Jennifer, I don't know why people haven't been attending but one reason could be that they forget. I had signed up for a webinar on a bridal blog, I had it on my calendar and they sent a reminder to me earlier that same day. I totally forgot until my reminder popped up on my screen. It sucks that because of others this invaluable resource maybe fading away. I hope the upcoming ones turn out to be a success.
  12. This thread is excellent. I am thinking more and more that we are going with Dreams Cancun and I have been riveted reading this thread about the photographers and videographers. You ladies are the greatest. Thanks so much. Every time I have a question it seems that I find a thread that answers it before I can even ask.
  13. This was great information. I have been reading up on starfish and it seems to be such a great idea. I didn't even know that they came in different sizes. Thanks ladies
  14. There is a lot of great information and pictures in this thread. Thanks so much for posting.
  15. The sand dollars on the fans are a great idea. Thanks for sharing that.
  16. Oh so sorry I spelled your name wrong. I just got a bit excited when I saw someone else with a December 2011 date.
  17. Hi AngieMarie113, I thought I was the only one with a date so far away. My date is 12/31/2011. I haven't decided on a resort either, but since being on here I have been leaning towards Dreams Cancun. It has gotten such great reviews and also since I am African American, another bride mentioned on her wedding review that they have a hairstylist that can do black hair. So I am really excited about that. The information on here is great. Check out the travel forum and also check out your particular destination spot, it should have lots of information there for you to read about. Good luck and happy planning.
  18. @PV Bride: those are amazing and beautiful. They are really great!
  19. Great stuff. I love your fans and parasols, thanks sharing the website.
  20. Good luck and congratulations. Beautiful destination. I know your day will be great!
