Hi Ladies, Â I had previously mentioned I had joined a boot camp and we had our 4 week assessment last night. If you want to kick start your weight loss and get on track with fitness this is the way to go. in 4 weeks I've lost 8lbs, and various inches everywhere including 2 inches on my butt/hips and for a pear like me this is amazing. I've also become so much stronger and could not do 1 pushup 4 weeks ago and last night on our fitness test I did 11. Â I am also following their nutrition guidelines which is no white sugar, no white flour, no processed foods, no soda of any kind and the hardest of all no alcohol. We are allowed one cheat meal a week to have what you want so wine always sneaks it's way in. Our trainer did say that for success it's 80% diet. Â Feeling great and starting the next 4 week session again. I highly recommend this if there are any in your area. Â
