    I cannot believe I just found this thread! I have had my wedding planned for over a year now. I cannot believe it is so close! Now I am trying to get all the little things done...I keep taking on more little projects. I have a feeling my "relaxing destination wedding" is turning into the opposite!

    Thanks as well ChicagoBride2011! Lisa, your pics are amazing, I love them!! Did you tell your coordinators ahead of time about having outside hair and makeup? Did you have any trouble getting Fernando in? Any advice would be great!

    Hi ladies - I just spoke with my wedding coordinator about hair and make-up...she claims I will have to pay the $350 vendor fee to bring anyone in from outside to do it. How did you ladies get around this??? I read in previous posts that you were allowed someone for three hours, but she claims this is not so, you have to pay the fee. UGHH.

    I just found this thread and I am so excited! What other colors have been ordered? Any advice on color selection? My wedding colors are purple and orange, but I want to pick something useful. Any thoughts?

    JHarris - My wedding is May 7th, and I put the RSVP for March 7th. I need to have the numbers to the resort for the final payment 45 days before the wedding, so I planned for that, plus a little extra time. People seem to know if they are coming or not by then anyway! And we have already received most of them by now and have a good idea on final numbers. I did put the meal choice on the rsvp, and I did go with two entrees. Hopefully it won't be too complicated...
