    Hi Everyone, I just put together my wedding logo and I'm pretty excited about it! I used the instructions that I found in another thread (using PP) and it was pretty use to follow. What do you think?

    WTF! That is absolutely disgusting! Not only is that a public health matter but it's also an occupational health matter. You could call the Ministry of Labour on them and have a provinical inspector go out there an investigate that. The builder would get a huge fine for that! How does everyone else work surrounded by that?!?! Gross!!!!!!!! If you don't want to call the Ministry, then definitely the builder (but who knows...they may already be aware that it happens!)

    You don't have to go out and buy another ipod, your iphone should work just fine (although I'm not sure if the humidity affects it) but it'll work much better than a shuffle. This way you can make playlists and have your music organized ahead of time.

    The other thing you can do is just pick a week, and book the wedding during that week. Then you can write that week on the STD. I know that some people have to ask for their vacation almost a year in advance so some people may need to know this. The down side to this is if you, for whatever reason, can't book a date during that week. I think either the week or the month is fine.

    That's really too bad that he backed out at the last minute...and over a text! Maybe that tells you something about the kind of friend he really is! I don't think you have to worry about having an uneven number of people in the wedding party, I think that's becoming a bit more common.

    Oh that really sucks! What an awful situation to be in You're right though, something will always come up, it really doesn't matter when you plan for it. When you're trying to accomodate a large group, you can never please everyone (especially family)! I hope your family appreciates the sacrifice you're making for them!

    I love this idea! I never even thought of doing something like this but it totally makes sense. I was just planning on keeping a copy of my STD and invitation but this will be so much better than that! Thanks for the idea and let me know how yours turns out!

    That is such a tough situation to be in! I think you do have to be honest with those people. Tell them you're having a small affair for just close friends and family. I'm not sure if you're having an AHR, but that is what it's for...everyone else who couldn't come. I hope you guys figure it all out, although it sounds like it's already bigger than what you wanted.     For those of you booked at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach...who is your wedding coordinator? I've booked and confirmed my date with Elizabeth Miranda, but her title is Public Relations Manager. With booking the date she was very quick at getting back to me, but a week ago I sent her an email asking her a few questions (such as who will the WC be) and she still hasn't gotten back to me. Has anyone else run into this or know what's going on? I realize that resort is closed right now, so I'm not sure if it's due to that or not.

    I've just booked Diana Campbell for my wedding. I'm really excited to have her. The reviews of her work have been fabulous and she fits just within my budget. Can't wait to see your pics!

    I chose mine mainly from reading the reviews on this forum and then looking up their prices. I ultimately chose the one that was within my budget, had a portforlio that I liked (one of the fellow BDW's send me her wedding pics from the photographer I chose so that I could see her work and I really like them) and that responded the quickest via email. Hope this helps!
