I have to agree that i think the goal you have is "crash diet" material and doesn't sound to healthy. Maybe try to focus on slimming inches instead of pounds? Consuming lots of lean proteins, whole grains and veggies will help. Also try to cut back on the whole grain "carb" factor to bfast aka have an oatmeal with fruit etc. and pick either lunch or dinner to have your second (not do both). I think simple things like sub-ing white potato for a sweet potato, using flat breads like Wasa Crispbread instead of regular bread and eating brown rice instead of white make a huge difference.
