  1. Belated (but heartfelt) CONGRATULATIONS, JOSIE! I hope your wedding day was everything you'd dreamed and more....I'm sure it was fabulous, Mrs.! Enjoy your newlywed status, and I absolutely can NOT wait to see pics! I am positive you were a GORGEOUS BRIDE!
  2. CONGRATULATIONS, New MRS.!!! Hoep everything was splendid and thank you for letting me know about the Roman Gazebo -- now I am even more psyched than I was before! CAN'T WAIT TO READ YOUR FULL REVIEW, LADY!!!
  3. I think you look fantastic in the gown -- it's so classic and beautiful, and fits you like a dream! But, I 100% know what you are going through...I bought a gown my first day out dress shopping, and after being haunted for a year or so that it wasn't "THE ONE", I ended up deciding to keep my 1st dress for our AHR, and then bought the dress of my dreams for the ceremony, and haven't had a single regret about it since! Good luck and no matter what you decide, you look GORGEOUS in the gown you have right now! HUGS!
  4. How stunning, Veronica!!! It's fabulous...the fabric, the sweetheart neckline, the style of the skirt, the beading -- everything just "works"! CONGRATULATIONS!
  5. CONGRATULATIONS, KATIE! They look beautiful and you can be so proud of the work YOU did to make them that way! I'm sure your guests will be thrilled and excited when they get the mail they day they arrive....
  6. WOW -- that is beautiful, and I can honestly say, I've never seen anything like it! Such a standout design is sure to get you a million and one compliments...CONGRATULATIONS!
  7. I was "this close" to buying that dress, as well, before I decided on my Sottero & Midgley in the end! What a truly a stunning gown, and I imagine you will look phenomenal in it -- can't wait to see pics of you in the dress!
  8. You look so elegant and sophisticated, ANGELA!!! Congratulations on finding such a fantastic, classic gown that looks incredible on you....I think you ABSOLUTELY made the right decision
  9. CONGRATULATIONS, STEPHANIE!!! You look MAGnificent in your Maggie -- well, Sottero & Midgley, but same idea, right?!? The dress is beautful and very figure-flattering, and that is AMAZING that the store manager took something off the price for you, simply by asking! And I giggled when you said that your FI was relieved at the price after watching SYTTD; most men would have a meltdown if they knew what THE DRESS really costs most women, and the fact that he was more than prepared was adorable and hilarious! Again, congrats -- a gorgeous gown befitting such a lovely lady!
  10. Isn't Rebecca FABULOUS?!? LOVE HER! (She did our logo in my siggy, and our custom logo-based RSVP postcards). And your invitations are superb....your guest will be thrilled when they get the mail that day for sure! CONGRATULATIONS - they look wonderful!
  11. We decided to skip Save the Dates (since we sent out our actual invitations about 8 months ahead), but we felt it important to include pricing-specifics, in light of the state of the economy. We included a separate sheet with resort and accomodation information (and price approximations for the least-expensive room level for each of the all-inclusive resorts we listed), so that no one felt misled, and could make an informed decision when they sent back their RSVP (since we need to know "hard" numbers, so we can plan OOT bags, excursions, etc., accordingly). None of our guests were offended that we included pricing; actually, we got thank yous and compliments from people since they didn't have to go out of their way to look it up or log onto the computer whatsoever -- everything was right there and they could decide whether or not it was possible with their current budget situation! Good Luck and do what works best for you..... Maybe don't include pricing on the STDs, but more broad price ranges with your actual invitations?
  12. I like the clean, modern simplicity of set #1 -- so perfect for the beach, and I think your guests will find it comfortable, without getting "too" comfortable/wanting to take a nap!
  13. What beautiful selections, Angela! I especially love your bouquet and the cake looks completely flawless just the way it is shown in the photo -- wouldn't change a thing!
  14. YEA! It's beautiful....and perfect for a TTD! CONGRATULATIONS on finding just the right gown for you
  15. I like your suggestion of going with the bracelet and foregoing the necklace....I think that would look perfect with your gorgeous dress!
  16. HAPPY WEDDING DAY, NEW MRS.! I was soooooo thinking of you this Saturday (11/14/09), but I never had a chance to get online to officially wish you a WONDERFUL wedding day until today! Here's hoping that your ceremony at SGOR was nothing short of a dream come true and my fingers are crossed that your stay in Jamaica has been paradise on earth for you, your new husband, and all of your guests! Can't wait to hear all about it when you return! CONGRATULATIONS!
  17. It's so stunning, Magalie! But, I think it was a great decision to have the poof removed, as well.....it detracts from how gorgeous this dress truly is. And, it fits you like a glove, so clearly this GOWN WAS MADE FOR YOU! Can't wait to see when the alterations are finished!
  18. You look fantastic....and so happy to have found the RIGHT gown for you! I'm sure you will be a total knockout with your ruby jewels on to finish the look! CONGRATS
  19. It's just gorgeous.....and you can't go wrong with a Maggie! I'm with the other girls in saying "let's see some pics of YOU in that fabulous dress!!!"
  20. Belated CONGRATULATIONS on your Wedding DAY, Nicole -- here's hoping your every bridal dream came true!
  21. HAPPY (Belated) WEDDING DAY, ERIKA!!! Hope you soaked in every beautiful moment, and it was every bit you dream come true....
  22. It's a fixture on my DVR.....I NEVER miss an episode, oftentimes re-watching them throughout the week, and I'll freely admit that I look forward to next Friday as soon as the newest episode goes off the air! Keisha is hands-down my favorite consultant, and not only is Randy fabulously talented, but he always makes me giggle with the witty things he says! The only person on the show I can do without is Vera in alterations -- sometimes, I think she gets a little snippier than necessary with some of the brides, when Kleinfeld was in the wrong (she needs to admit that they make mistakes, too)! I can say with all honestly, that I won't stop watching this show, even after we get married -- I told my FI, as long as he's got his Football, I'll have my bridal shows as long as I want!!!
  23. The Sandals resorts in St. Lucia look just gorgeous....hope everything works out for you!
  24. THANKS SO MUCH for posting your review and for your beautiful pics on Facebook....TRULY makes me feel like I have a better idea of what to expect when we head down to SGOR in MAY! LOVE AND HUGS to you, new MRS., and CONGRATULATIONS on your 9/9/09 wedding in paradise!
  25. YEA, ALICIA!!! I AM BEYOND EXCITED FOR YOU!! Can't wait to hear how everything goes, although, I know how on-top of all of your planning you have been and I am sure it will be nothing short of spectacular! (Only question I'd like to ask is if you can tell me is if the Roman Gazebo ceremony location near the Main Pool on the Manor side is really noisy or not -- that's where we want our ceremony in May but I don't want all sorts of nonsense-noise in the background, you know?) Thanks a million, and again, I AM SO THRILLED THAT YOUR DW IS FINALLY HERE! Have a blast and soak in every minute it!
