Wow now I feel like a loser. I have lived in MN my entire life and I don't know of any good places to go, I haven't really been anywhere. Maybe sometime I can check out the places you guys suggested.

Of course you don't have to, nobody can force you to wear makeup...but IMO I would definately say at least wear eyeliner or mascara. It just looks better in pictures, without it you lose your eyes. You definately do not have to spend much money on makeup there are tons of inexpensive products that will work great. Do you have any girlfriends that would help you out playing with dif. products?

Are you using a TA? I know some people set up a honeymoon registry thing with their TA.

I haven't had that moment either, there is one dress that I tried on and I really liked it. I didn't get really excited or cry or anything but everytime I've try on a dress after that I keep compairing them to it. I keep telling myself I'm going to keep looking but I really think my decision has already been made. My advice would be to go at least one more time and try on different dresses and then go back to the dress and see how you feel about it. Try on lots of different shapes and fits, you might get "that feeling" or you might not but in the end just pick the one that you can't seem to get out of your head. It may not be that "ah ha" moment but one of them will stick out to you.

So we had a judge marry us on April 23rd. It was crazy warm that day, high 50's all week and then 80 that day. We went to the courthouse, FI's bff and my bff came with as wittnesses and afterwards we had a lovely dinner at a nice restaurant. It was so windy so it was difficult to get good pics but we managed to get a couple without my dress blowing up. At the courthouse: Outside in the wind: And of course we had to get a pic with his baby: Lol. He picked out the flowers himself and surprised me with them. We are planning to have our wedding next year at ROR when FI is done with school. He leaves next week to go down to Texas for the next year.

If FI loves to cook you should get a cute little apron to wear. I'm still stuck on shoes and accessories too sorry I can't be of any help there.

The dress looks fine, you do not look pregnant. I see what you mean becasue it gathers in the front but it just looks like there is a lot of fabric, I don't think anyone will think you are filling out the dress in the front. maybe ask if she can move some of the gathers to make you more comfortable but it really doesn't look bad at all and it's a lovely color.
