  1. The photobooks are AMAZING!!! Thanks for sharing the poem and the source- my sisters are going to love them! Thank YOU!
  2. Hello! I'm in Arcadia (just east of Pasadena). Maybe we can do something in Brea as a midpoint? Let me know what you think!
  3. I'd love to join you- let me know when something's been planned!
  4. Jamie thank you so much for the review! I was wondering if you took picture before or after the ceremony. Did you feel that you had enough time & light to take pictures afterward? I can't wait to see pictures!

I found a link to list of places that have the VIPPS seal: Google Image Result for http://www.thepatientsvoice.com/vipps2.bmp Thanks SO much for the information. I'll have time over the weekend (working somehow manages to get in the way of wedding planning!) to research it some more and will post those sites. Hope you've had a great week!
  7. Everything looks AMAZING- well DONE! We were toying with the pre-rsvp postcard/STD and I'm inspired to go through with it now. Thanks!!!

I would be happy to find a site that displays it so that brides can feel confident buying their supplies. Let me know!
  9. You did an incredible job. Thanks for sharing the info on the beach towel vendor!
  10. Although I haven't started my OOT bags, I plan on using clear cellophane bags (to cut down on packing) & printing on a white label. I can't remember what post (sorry- I'm still new to the site and don't know how to refer back to the original post) I read it on, but I think you can use the wine label on this free templates site and modify it to your needs: templates Hope this helps!

Not yet but a friend of mine who orders medical supplies for a search and rescue team has used them in the past. She gets a greater discount because she orders in bulk (for a private school) so she has more flexibility in choosing vendors than we would as individual consumers.
  13. In the event that buying first aid kits for OOT bags become too pricey, I found a site that sells refills for first aid kits: First Aid Tablets & First Aid Medications...Wholesale to the Public Online! These refills are much cheaper than the ones you would find at Staples or Costco AND gives you a greater variety of what you want in the first aid kit (i.e., antacid tablets, motion sickness tablets vs. 100 band aids, scissors & medical tape- which is useful at home but may not be something you want/need in an OOT bag). I'm going with this option when it's my turn!
  14. Thank you SO much for posting a honeymoon review- I've been reading reviews from different websites and the input just isn't the same as it is on the forum. Your trip looked simply amazing. We definitely want to be able to slow down after a week in PV with family. Thanks again for the post!
  15. Congratulations and THANK YOU for sharing the images of your vacation! We are looking to honeymoon in Ambergis Caye, did you use a travel agent to get to your location?
  16. Congratulations & welcome! The site you selected for your wedding is BEAUTIFUL!
  17. Congratulations and Welcome! Good luck with all the plannig!

  19. Marsha (it's Jess!) I think these are fantastic and B is going to LOVE them! But knowing you, you're going to keep looking and if you DO find someone in LA, let your girl know

Hey, it will let everyone get to know each other before the boat rid eover to LC. We'll see how that all works out, but I know a couple of people that stayed there and really liked it. We wanted an AI and I think the town and hotel are our style. If anyone has stayed there and liked it or has any pointers let me know...if you stayed there and had a poor experience I would rather not know about it at this point as we are already booked:). I think having guests spend time together is a great idea. I've seen their photo gallery on their website and it looks amazing! I'm afraid that it might be out of our price range, did you negotiate the deal on your own for the rooms or did you go through an agent?
  21. This thread is a life saver- thanks for posting all the helpful information!

Might you be able to share where your guests are going to be staying at? I'm still trying to figure out if we should book a place in the marina so that it's easy for guests or Nuevo Vallarta. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
