Hi Ladies, This is the package information I have received from Mango. I am a little disappointed that you cannot have a DJ for the semi-private reception? It seems as though they are pushing you into a private reception. Riu_packages[1]photog.pdf

I was going to suggest old navy as well. My girlfriend did that for her wedding and there were about $5/ pair. I still wear mine and they are actually those "cheap flip flops that are really comfy"

i am headed to a 60 minute spin class. after that class I have 21 more spin classes until our site visit to cabo....hehe

hi there...I have just started working out with a friend, what a difference that makes!!! For the past 5 days I have been going to spin class at 6am. Once I get into my groove I will start incorporating weights. This is a great thread, what a way to stay motivated!!!

From what I understand Riu does not allow outside photographers. I have had great response times so far from Jerome at Mango. My wedding is not until 2010, but they have been great with my questions and seem very fair in their pricing.

I received the pricing for 2010 from Daniela. I will post for those interested. I was wondering if you have a reception at one of the restaurants, is there a dance floor or is that something you would have to do for a private reception. You might want to check into the packages that Mango offers. It seems if you book a package the hourly rate is decreased. This is a copy of the price list I was sent, of course I'm sure there is always the possibility of price increases. Riu_packages[1]photog.pdf

I am so happy to hear you love your vista print labels. I ordered mine last week and I think I am practically stalking the mailman!! So excited to see them!

I used vista print as well. Definitely not the most user friendly, but was MUCH cheaper than other sites I saw. We are getting married in Cabo and I used google images to find pics that way. For 50 magnets it cost me about $40 and that included shipping and the charge for uploading a template. For those other vista print users, what did you attach your STD to for mailing?

cute idea!! i live in vegas and have yet to take a pic in front of the sign. there is also another company Save the Date Magnets and Photo Magnets For All Occasions. They are a bit more expensive, but I believe you get envelopes and a card the magnet is attached to.

If you search Riu Palace there is a lot of great information from past brides. I know there is a slide show that shows a beach reception with dancing. I too am planning a Cabo Riu wedding for May 2010. I am going down there this coming May and can pass along any additional information!
