  1. Okay I caught wind of this show couple of Saturdays ago during a marathon and the show was addictive. These women are full of drama and I absolutely LOVE the show!!! I hear it is one of Bravo's highest rated Housewives and I can see why? Anyone out here indulge in guilty pleasure reality time and if so--who is your fav character?? I think Kim is hardly 29 and can't sing herself out of a bottle, Sheree is very masculine and NeNE--DRAMA!! The other two are "safe "characters-I hope it gets picked up another season.
  2. I love Aldi's for the basic staple items and also sometime they get great deals on brand name items (Tide, Welch's, B-Ball, etc). I have purchased juices, bread, eggs, milk, oil, seasonings, flour, chips, potatoes, some veggies , and you cant go wrong with that. I do save much more by getting things there than in the store. Love tht place. You will pay for your bags, which are reusable. Worth a tour!
  3. I agree with lil frog. There is another saying "Once a Parent and twice A Child". That said, you recognize the source of your mom's tantrums and the reason for it so at times, this behavior can be overlooked. But it seems that your mom has the tendency to go overboard. At some point you need to simply put, reign in that behavior. Straight Talk comes for Straight Understanding--Do trust if you lovingly set mom straight and nudge her when she gets out of pocket, your relationship will hopefully become smoother. I wish you well.
  4. Don't hate you but wish I had your problem!! In any event, please see a nutritionist to ensure you gain the healthy way. For starters, I would recommend putting whey protein in your milk products, incorporating pastas a few more times a week than usual and drinking 100% fruit juices with fruit mixed in for a blended combo. I wish you well.
  5. People do things sometimes that leave you speechless and grappling with the total insanity of it all. It will not be the end of the world at all as I too have uneven parties so just think for the ceremony that you can have folks already standing up there or single file march, etc. There are definitely doable options for managing this so try not to stress...I am curious what was his reasoning for canceling?
  6. Thanks for the information. I would be curious to know if these are solid weight or the very light paper parasols. Please advise. Generally these things start at 50 bucks so for $3.50, I wouldlike to know if you havea pic or something you can send or elaborate on. Thx
  7. It sounds as if your sister is miserable and unhappy with self and her life. Please recognize that and do not allow her to ruin time you want to spend with YOUR parents. She wants you to be frustrated so that you do not show and you are playing nicely to her shenanigans. Go see your parents and ignore her. Be saccharingly sweet to her even though you could smack the ish out of her. That alone will set he straight as you can't give her too much power of even knowing she rattles you! Good luck----in time it will blow over. Unfortunately we cant divorce our family.
