  1. I think it is best to just be as detailed as possible in your instructions to Keneika, if you are writing your vows, do all your prep and ensure that the photographer, floral team and DJ all have their own separate instrcutions in order for everything to go as smoothly as possible. I still plan to bring my own sound dock, as backup, Ipod and depending on the type of decos (or lack thereof) bring down extras (ie hanging flowers) for the gazebo and of course for the reception setting. As I get more info I can pass on to you if you'd like. Send me an email offline. Best of Luck... Getting nervous??
  2. Thanks for the awesome suggestion! I am so not creative and lazy so this is truly a Godsend.
  3. Does anyone know what lengths would be sufficient for the RIU-MB for: - Chair Covers and Sashes - Aisle Runner Also what exactly is included in the "decorations" for the Royal or Caprice package? I want to avoid having to take down tulles, extra decorations if already included. Any advice would be great - thanks brides!
  4. Did Keneika mention to any RIU-MB brides that they do not have rehearsal programs prior to the ceremony? I thought this was rather strange , as how am I supposed to know the routine and also finalize the program without having this done?

That confirmation should be fine. I too, had only my email confirmation and was told by Keneika that they did not have the info the week the hotel opened, but they should have everything by now. Shoot her an email with your confirmation information and I am sure she will confirm for you. BEst of Wishes

  8. Hello, I see a lot of threads for passbooks, etc, however I was wondering if anyone could recommend a couple of awesome printing companies (online and/or website) that has a great track record with Passport wedding invitations. Thanks Much!
  9. Not sure about the JetBlue offering but as a general note, would check regularly with the airlines to ensure a contingency plan for reduced flights. Several airlines are now dropping domestic and international flights at will, so keep that in mind.
  10. I used as a few others commented on wedding window. It was very easy to navigate through, the templates were very aesthetically pleasing and the tech support was awesome! Unlike you guys, I feel slightly beat because I ended up paying over $100 for the website and I also had my TA build a link wihtin my website so that my guest could pay their deposits and monthly installments independently.
  11. Hi Ladies, All I can say is WOW--this is a great site. I hope to make many new acquaintances here. My wedding will be in March 2009 in the beautiful island of Jamaica-MoBay. Hotel --RIU - MB. Till next time, looking forward to meeting everyone! YoursTruly
