Those are the only things I have been taught to help speed up the process. I will tell you this though...if its not as long as you want it before you get married consider extensions. They make some that clip directly into your hair that will give you lift, body and length.
As far as nails...I know prenatal works and I know Sally Hansen has a good nail strengthener as well as OPI...It wont get any better than OPI as far as over the counter products IMO. Also, if you dont want fake nails for the wedding look into seeing if someone would just put the pink and white acrylic on your real nails instead of the glue and the nail etc. It will still damage them but not nearly as bad and it looks pretty good if you find someone to do it right. (its called sculpting)
Hope this helps!!
yah i found it online and seems to be working. It just contains a bunch of vitamins and minerals? My sister is also a hair stylist and bought me 'FAST' which she said she doesn't know if it really works or not but i said i would try it. I will look into the prenatal vitamins for sure though. Thanks for your tips!
oh and I will be using extensions as well for my wedding. Not for length, cause I don't want to look like I have fake hair in by it being alot longer than normal, but to add volume
