The MAC counter recommended their product "matte" to me. It's different than their "prep & prime" (which is more of a lotion) because it's a clear gel. I loved it the day she put it on for me, but havn't purchased it yet because they were out.

i used my real dress, and LOVED it. what else was i going to do with it? sell it for about 1/2 of what i originally paid? no way, lol. it's been at the dry cleaners for about 2 weeks now... so we'll see if it comes out clean. it was seriously TRASHED after our shoot. Mostly because it was hemmed for me wearing 4-inch heels, and after we jumped in the ocean we rolled around on the beach & I was laying in the driveway in front of a speed bump sign. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I looked for my fushia heels for MONTHS before I decided. It was so hard to find anything. I would check these sites almost daily: endless.com zappos.com heels.com & seach for only pink shoes. I ended up getting a pair of paris hilton slides from zappos. Happy Hunting!

Very cool! Nice creative thinking & they really turned out great.

We had about 30 guests, and a wedding party of 9, so we had 20 seated guests. I thought that it looked okay. Here's some pictures to help you visualize.

We had a mariachi band (I think there were about 10 men) play at the beginning of our cocktail hour, right after the ceremony, while we were taking bridal party pictures. I think that all of our guests loved it, and then we didn't feel so bad about running around and taking pics. I was a little bummed to miss most of their set, because they were amazing. I recommend live music- it was one of my favorite parts of the whole day! I definitely think it's worth having, even with 20 people. Another note that I totally forgot about- if you do have live music & plan to tip them, make sure to get it planned before hand. Maybe give an envelope with cash to a good friend or a parent to give to the musicians. We totally blanked on this one & were bummed later.

oh no!!! i brought in about 50 starfish (from the US) to mexico, and didn't have any problems. i also brought a few home & didn't have any problems then either. i hope you can figure something out! do you have any ideas besides using real starfish? i'm going to think about this one for a while.

we had an engagement ring part of our ceremony, so we exchanged rings, and then he put the e-ring over my wedding band. i was so busy that day that i totally forgot to take off my e-ring earlier, so when the minister asked for the rings, i quickly took off my e-ring & added it to the other 2 (that were in ted's pocket before-hand). lol! hopefully nobody was watching too closely. here's part of our ceremony: Aimee, take this ring, and as you place it on Theodore’s finger, repeat after me: Bride: This ring I give you, as a token of my devotion and love, and with my heart, I pledge to you all that I am. With this ring I marry you again, and continue to join my life to yours. The engagement ring is a symbol of promise and intention. Now the intention is realized and the promise fulfilled. Theodore, place the engagement ring on Aimee’s finger over her wedding band to symbolize the love that brought you together.

Ohmygosh, I love them! I think they would look amazing with you dress.

i'm enjoying a weekend home alone watching silly movies, reading tons of sookie stackhouse, drinking yummy wine, and eating spicy mac & cheese. sometimes i love home alone weekends.

My hair is long & thick, and they work great for me. I do have to fuss with them a little bit to make sure it's totally hidden-- but they are so much easier than ratting your hair, and I love them. If you do decide to try them, pick them up at bed bath & beyond, or walgreens for $10.

I've got a few (non-pro) that make me pretty happy!
