There are 2 reasons we're thinking of these bags: 1) We have spent a lot of money on the contents of the bags that we simply cannot afford much on the bags themselves. 2) most of our guests are single guys We found these ones at Winners for $1.99. Do you gals like them? Do you think men will?

I'd like to thank all the ladies on this site for their ideas and inspirations. Without all of you I would have never accomplished these invites. Our invites went out a few weeks ago and they are a big hit!! Guests have been emailing and facebooking us just to tell us how cool they are. They're even taking them to work just to show them off. Its funny because a lot of blood, sweat, and tears went into the invites and once we were done I still didn't feel that sense of accomplishment the other brides spoke of. I still thought "what a big pain in the a$$ those were". But for all those brides considering doing passport STD's or invites, they're so worth the effort once the guests start receiving them!!! So without further ado here are some pics (I apologize in advance, I know they're going to be too big)........

yeah I don't think it would. My camera is, I think, 8 megapixels (if not more) and I have never had a problem uploading on Kodak gallery. I've always wondered what the upgrade would give me but I have never felt the need to get better. I never thought of creating a new account so that others can upload their pics. What a great idea, thanks!!

well I'm guessing that it can't make your pics any better than what you upload. I think it means that you can upload the higher resolution pics (they're bigger). I'm also guessing that if you don't take really large format pics then it wouldn't be worth it. I'm just guessing though. lol I have a question though, how do you create an album that other can upload their pics into?? I don't see that feature anywhere.

Great thread, good to know!! I had my doubts about a few of those items and I think you answered them for me.

I think its a great site to get an overall sense of what the resort is like. If you're seeing the same complaint over and over again from different travelers, then I would worry about it. But as far as likes and dislikes from individual travelers, you really can't judge from that unless you know the person its coming from. How can you judge how bad the food is from one person that says the food sucked when you don't know what they eat back home or like to eat. How can you tell if the service is really bad from one person's review unless you know if that person prefers to spend their free weekends at a 5 star hotel or go camping back home. See what I'm saying? I suggest reading the reviews with a grain of salt as you don't really know the people they're coming from. But I would worry though if the same complaint keeps reccuring.

Does anyone know where I can find relatively inexpensive (under $10) bubba kegs for our OOT bags? I looked on ebay and they were not cheap. Thanks!

LOLLL no need, I know how it feels. It sucks but I believe everything happens for a reason. We're actally bonding and growing stronger now as a couple. So this could be a great thing for the both of you too!

well if it makes you feel any better I was let go 2 months ago and FH was just laid off last week. Neither of us has a job and we're 4 months aways from our wedding. lol All roads lead to success though, even the detours.

Sloan are you sure you have the portable one? I was just at Best Buy yesterday and bought the portable for $400. The soundock II was $279. If so, what an awesome find!!
