she has a book too, which is AWESOME!!!! i bought it.. advice from my trainer.. anyway, she has grocery shopping lists, recipes for the meals, a specific diet plan & also a 30 day workout plan.. when i travel, i bring the book w/ me along w/ some weights so i can continue the workouts.. the ones in the book will take about 40-45 min to complete.. but goes by quickly bc its always different! here is a link to the book if you're interested: Amazon.com: Making the Cut: The 30-Day Diet and Fitness Plan for the Strongest, Sexiest You: Jillian Michaels: Books I haven't finished reading the entire book.. i've skimmed here & there & looked @ the foods & worked on the exercises, which are very similar to her dvd. once i'm done w/ 'chasing harry winston', i'll get onto reading it completely.. but the diet seems ok.. its hard to make everything on there @ all times if you're busy, but you can get the idea.. oh & no alcohol for the month, ladies!! ugh! i haven't incorporated this part yet, but will do so starting tomorrow actually.. ugh!! lol.

I work out to Jillian Michaels on Exercise TV on demand when my trainer cant meet in th emornings.. its a 1/2 hour & she's hard core!! I love her! & my trainer works me out very similarly, so its good! she has 3 work outs on demand.. level 1, 2 & 3.. i just want more of a variety.. i get bored very easily!! lol..

My FH just asked me this question last night.. 'ow do you know that this isnt just we're supopsed to do bc its the next step in our relationship or if we are really going to last forever..'i told him that at the end of the day.. who knows, you know.. BUT I KNOW that I love him more than anything.. that he's the most important person in my life.. I KNOW that I WANT to be with him.. that I'm so happy with him and can no longer imagine (nor do i want to) my life without him.. I KNOW that I want to be Mrs. Pena.. I WANT to be his wife.. I WANT to start our own family and make our own traditions as a married couple.. so we could only hope that this is IT, but you have to want it.. and I WANT it! No matter what happens.. the bad times are sometimes going to happen, but i dont want it to break us.. we'll work though it together like we have in the past.. He said to me.. 'That's all I needed to hear'.. I realized afterwards that he asked me to make sure that I was feeling good about taking the next step and that it's not just what we're 'supposed' to be doing.. so.. think / talk this out.. with him, your family, your friends, yourself.. is he the one that you really want in the long run.. does your gut tell you that this is it? It might not always be a fairy tale the way some people make it out to be.. but it might be right for YOU.. which is most important! Good luck!

Sorry, if I missed it in the posts above, but where is your rash? I have eczema on the back of my neck & use Psorcan.. it works WONDERS!!!! it runs in my family & we have all been using this for years.. i can just use it for a couple of days & it will go away.. ask your dermatologist about it.. but they will only prescribe it for certain areas.. like rough areas of your body.. back of neck, elbows, knees, etc, bc its really strong, but it works!!
