sushi is not bad for you as long as you don't get the tempura.. & try to substitue the white rice for brown rice (if they will do that0.. that helps although sometimes it kind of falls apart.. depending on where you get it from. I think a salmon avocado roll w/ white rice is almost 300 calories.. it's when you eat 2-3 rolls that it becomes non healthy anymore..
