If she was so angry at her ex-husband, why didn't she burn his tent? Either way, totally sick and twisted. Just horrible.

Are you talking about the inside of the card? If so, I have to be honest. I've gotten printed thank you cards with a generic message and it kind of bothered me. I would leave the inside blank and hand write the thank yous.

I can see both sides of this issue. You best friend might be upset that you chose a location knowing that it would put her in an awkward situation. Her family would probably never let her hear the end of it if she went. She may be thinking that you chose Mexico over wanting her there. Just some food for thought.

Am I the only one who normally receives shower invitations before wedding invitations? Traditionally wedding invitations go out 6-8 weeks before the wedding, so if the shower is at the end of the month, of course you'd get that invite first. I didn't find that part weird at all. What is weird is the whole Facebook thing. I don't even know what to say about that. I would just let her know that by creating a public group, anyone can RSVP to her wedding. She may not realize that. What a strange way to do things though.
