You can purchase a 4X6 photo book the type that has plastic sleeves that take a picture on each side of the page and come with a white paper separating the two sides. If you take out that paper you'll be able to see front and back of the cards in their original format.

The color "white" is actually the absence of color . . . and black is the combination of all colors! The suggestion of using a color background on white paper is problably the only one that would work using a regualr printer. You may also try using a very light gray or blue tone to simulate white. Good luck!

What is great about these forums is that feeling of "Oh, it happens to other people too" I guess the negative comments will come no matter what you are doing . . . Just let them slide off you, and use the old NOD AND SMILE to let them know you just don't care what they say. -

Have you gone on-line to look for your dress. There are many websites that will allow you to search by style. Once you have an idea of what you like, go into a store and try out a couple of styles.

My daughter actually wanted to have wording on the RSVP stating the number of people actually invited, but her FH thought it would not be proper ettiquete, and I kind of agreed with him. In hindsight, and seeing all the posts regarding uninvited guests, I would recommend that type of wording be on the RSVP's. I recently saw an RSVP card with the following wording that made it perfectly clear how many people were expected: "____(#)__-- of place settings have been reserved in your honor." -
Mom's Veil - Whatcha think

If you like the veil of the comb WEAR IT! Your mom will be so happy you did. However, if you really don't feel comfortable wearing them, she will also understand. I offered my daughther my veil, and she gracefully declined, I was sad for about half a second but got over it quite fast. All that matters to me as a mother is that she is happy. -
