I love when I find a thread I am looking for. I thought I would give this a bump as this is the big question I am facing this week. I just got my invites....we are sending out 85 invites to the wedding. We know about only 45 of those 85 families/couples/singles will be showing up to the wedding in cabo. The invites direct guests to rsvp online so there is no seperate rsvp card included. I am debtating if I need to 1) send out seperate invitations to the welcome dinner to the definates and maybes, 2) if I can include the invitations in the welcome bag to deliver to guests when they arrive, OR 3) if I should add an insert into the invitation. Even after reading this thread I just can't decide...anyone else have some ideas?

Of course I guess the best time will depend upon what time of year you get married. I am getting married in November and I selected a 4pm start time for the ceremony. THis is what the photographer recommended for the best light to do our beach portraits. Photos were most important to us!
