  1. Cool, I got my 1st pic (Sarah Jessica Parker) - hoping she'll be in the news a lot with the new movie out!
  2. Congrats! Love the tees!
  3. I'm starting to get pretty worried about flight costs. I'm hoping that as soon as we get a hotel booked ppl will start putting down deposits and book the flights asap because I'm really worried that the flights are what will drive the price up, up, UP! I think in the end you will still have those closest to you attend.
  4. I looked on Trip Advisor but did not find many pics of the actual rooms at the Marriott. Do they just have 2 different room categories - Junior Suite & Regular Rooms (w/Ocean View and w/out)? If anyone has pics of the Junior Suite rooms or any of the rooms since they've been updated (2004, I believe) please post them here. TIA!
  5. I think we may end up settling on the Marriott since the Westin is heavily booked for our weekend already. Glad to see some positive reviews! Should be able to say within the next couple of weeks if this is where we'll be booking or not... At this point I just want to book *somewhere* so that we can get STDs sent out and hopefully get ppl to put down deposits!
  6. I'm in! Still confused but I'm in
  7. I think that's one of my fav weddings I've seen yet! Amazing location - gorgeous pics!!! I love the pics out on the dance floor, the lighting is fantastic WOW!!!!!

Most people did show up with a small gift though. We got lots of wine & candles, which was great considering we are not registered anywhere! We also got some cool Z-Stem Martini Glasses which I love:
  9. Looks like fun!!! We had our Engagement Party that night so in a sense we were celebrating together I love everyone's reaction to the tequila shots, lol!
  10. Are they both males? I think I must've missed something...
  11. We visited ZTai while we were down in PV a couple weeks ago. Very cool place and yummy food! It was difficult to find someone to speak with about having a WD there, but finally a lady came over to speak with us about it. She was speaking in Spanish so it was a little hard for me to gather everything. We exchanged cards and she said that she would send me all the info but I have yet to hear from her. I think we have decided to go with another place but will definitely recommend this place to others wanting a fun night out!
  12. Wow Sarah, everything looks GREAT!!! Love your dress and the colors of the BM dresses. You did a fantastic job
  13. Oh yuck. I feel like I'm coming down with something - hopefully just a cold. The allergies here in TX have been HORRIBLE so it could be that too... I hope you feel better soon

  15. hmmm.... this place is getting very mixed reviews. makes me a little nervous...
  16. Has anyone stayed here? Villa Las Palmeras has accommodations for 34 people, and if you need more space you can also rent out the connecting sister villa, Villa Katalina for a total of 50 guests. Villa Las Palmeras is $175 Nov-May, $135 June-October. I wonder if they would cut us a deal since we'd be staying late in May (around the 24th). Katalina is $145 Nov-May, $125 June-October. Not bad at all compared to the other villas I've been researching! 17. Happy Birthday Calia! Sounds like you've gotten some cool gifts!

  21. Very cool. My Aunt and Uncle own a house just outside of Fredricksburg. They're actually down there right now on a little weekend getaway of their own In fact you might want to check out this site sun to moon (marilyn's travel tips) Those are "Marilyn's (my aunt's) Travel Tips" to the Hillcountry. They travel all over for business (my uncle does all the photography for Macaroni Grill, Chili's and Corner Bakery).
