OMG Amy you guys look stunning! I love your pics. Your photog did such a good job! Ahhh I can't wait to see all of them! Your wedding really should be in a layout of a magazine, you guys are so photogenic!

This is what I made for James one time: You know when singers' records go platinum or gold and their label gives them a framed copy of their record with a picture? Well I made something similar to that. I bought a large poster frame from Michael's and I just used black construction paper for the background. Then I bought CD's that had songs that meant something to us and I literally just used scotch tape to stick the actual CD onto the black construction paper. I printed lyrics from our favorite song and put it in the middle. I think I had about 4 CD's lined up in a row and then I put the lyrics on a nice sheet of paper in the middle. On the corners I cut pieces of the CD booklet and pasted it on to make it look more decorative. James loved it and a lot of guys have told me they like it too. I tried not to make it too "sappy" so I picked more "manly" songs. LOL.

I def feel it. I'm a personal injury lawyer and we mainly subsist on motor vehicle accidents. Well b/c the economy is so bad, no one is reporting accidents b/c their premiums will go up and no one can afford it. So no reported accidents means zero jobs for us. I think my firm is going to close down. I'm really scared b/c I can't just go apply to another firm, all the firms I know are laying people off that have way more experience than I do. I am trying my best to save as much as possible in case something goes wrong. The gas is astronomical! We spend close to $500 a month just for the car. I don't have a car b/c we are trying to be more green but my train ticket keeps going up. I pay $300 a month for a train ticket so I def feel $800 a month coming out of my wallet just for transporation. The milk prices here are obscene. And they are always doing reports in the papers on how mom and pop stores are charging whatever they feel like it for milk when there is a clear federal mandate that says you can't go over "x" amount of dollars. Corn is also through the roof. But no matter what I feel lucky b/c I still have a roof over my head and food to eat. Let's just hope things turn around for everybody.

Ooh I'm so late to this. First of all if you really want Tao I can call my friend he is the manager there and might be able to give you a good discount. Secondly, unfortunately the places with good ambiance are pricey. That's the unfortunate part of living in NYC. LOL. Nobu is good too. The food is awesome but its dropped off the radar for awhile. Sushi Samba is good (all locations) but it is kind of small. But I think your friends would def like it. Its a good vibe there. I personally do not like Ruby Foo's. My food there has always been "eh". I wouldn't recommend it. Megu is awesome but its also expensive. Buddha Bar and Budhakon are great too but again pricey. I also love Asia De cuba. I think whichever one you go with will be great! *edited* I wanted to add that Koi is pretty good too.

Just wanted to say that I love all the stuff especially the robes! I think they will def love those. And you have some awesome BM's so they def deserve it!

Amy I was wondering when we would hear from you. Well you wouldn't be my date twin (sort of) if things didn't go wrong for both of us right? It figures that we both wanted the works at our traditional catholic wedding yet everything went wrong during the cermony. I'm sorry the Melia sucked and that it rained but you look absolutely stunning! Hans looks dapper if I do say so myself. I love the hat, what a nice touch! I absolutely love the pic of you guys in the rain. They say rain is good luck in a marriage so at least smile knowing you will have a great marriage! I am so happy for you and congrats!

Erin the second cake is beautiful and it goes well with your blingy topper. So if you really like it and want something different then def go for number 2. But I have to be honest and say that I like the first one better. I just love your Jamaica cake it is so fun! I think you should replicate the jamaica cake to give your guests a little taste of what they missed out on.

Jill its so weird its not even anything extreme, I just felt a little off and it was only right after having taken the pill. Maura how much weight did you lose in a week from following this?

Congrats Erica! I def want to do these when I lose some more damn weight. And I love tube socks so I think that would be really cute. Jenny I think tube socks with those ruffled underwear and no bra and pigtails is cute. You couldn't even get one of those big lollipops to go with the girly theme. I also think you could wear one of FI's favorite sports teams jersey's and nothing else. You could do an apron (with nothing underneath) and be leaning over ironing one of his article's of clothing. Hmmm can't think of anything else off the top of my head but when I do I'll let you know.

You should use whatever design you like. Your wedding should reflect your taste and not what you think your wedding should look like. I think the colors you mentioned sound very pretty. Very calming and soothing. I love it. That's the great thing about DW's you can make them however you like.

Also I guess I am the only who is experiencing this but everytime I take the pill I get a little lightheaded. I feel flush and feel a little "off". I don't know if its just psychological or what but I was wondering if anyone felt any side effects from ALLI?

I could do that but the problem is that I go straight from my house to court. So I don't get back to the office until lunch time anyway. So it really wouldn't help me out. I guess I'll just have to make sure I wake up extra early so I can get a good breakfast.

Dez I'm so glad you worked stuff out. And that's awesome that you got so much done. Doesn't it feel good to cross things off the list? And btw I iron everything so I'm in no position to comment about that. I iron my jeans and even iron my sheets sometimes! I know I'm a freak, I accept it.

Thanks Rachel I could def use this stuff. Also on a related note I recently purchased CLR and it is amazing! It got so much crap out of my shower tub. It was a miracle, my tub looks spic and span clean as if it was brand new. I also will now never live w/o that stuff.

I just started this today with the pills. So far I've had no treatment effects and I'm not starving, I've been able to eat stuff I enjoy. Tara I ate a grilled chicken salad for lunch. I think that's what I'm going to stick to b/c its easy and simple and pretty healthy. Also, Amy (Amy&Andy) sent me this whole food planning that outlines what she eats. She has recently gone vegan and I've been trying some of the stuff. She said she feels so much better now that she cut out dairy and meat from her diet. I don't know if I'm that disciplined but I am willing to try. I have a question. What happens if you skip a meal and you don't take the pill, will it still be effective if you only had 2 meals and took 2 pills per day? Or do you have to take 3 pills and eat 3 meals? I only ask b/c sometimes I'm rushing out of the house in the morning and don't have a chance to eat breakfast.

Carly I'm so glad your AHR went so well! You looked beautiful just like you did on your wedding day! I love the treasure chest centerpieces, they look awesome. And now you get to house shop! YAY!

Ana that looks like so much fun! I want to go to a stampede. Why don't we have cool stuff like that hear? I guess in the south they probably have some cool traditions. All I have here is the obnoxious man who decided to play "New York, New York" and the theme song from the godfather on his trumpet, on the F train while I was trying to sleep. Uggh! Boo no fun!

Obviously she is stunning just like her mother. I love her beautiful lips! Is that first bathrobe she wearing the one JaimeLynne gave you? Its so cute! She is just too cute for words and I am so glad you had an easier labor than you did pregnancy. Congrats again!

Carly I'm glad you posted this b/c I have been stalking sites for weeks trying to find something so cute. I didn't have a DW so I can't do the cute beachy themed ones. I know people like the photo cards but James and I feel stupid sending out a pic of ourselves. I found one recently at Papyrus (don't know if they have that store everywhere) which I will only send to close friends that says "That's Senora Bitch to you" on the outside and is plain on the inside. I think its funny. LOL. Of course I would never send that to family. But this store does have cute cards if you want to check it out.

OMG Maura you looked stunning! You are so photogenic. You remind me of Reese Witherspoon minus the blonde hair and the big chin. LOl. You have stunning features and a beautiful smile just like her. I am so happy for you, everything looked beautiful. I am so glad the weather held up. And who doesn't love the Four Seasons?! One wedding down...two more to go. LOL.
