I agree! I don't think you can remind them enough. I would hate for someone to book, then forget they have to have a passport and not be able to go! That would suck!

I totally agree - tradition went right out the window when we decided to go to the beach! If you don't mind me asking (because I'm not really creative) what does the rest of your invite say? I have my wording, but now I'm 2nd guessing it...

Just thought I'd share some good news. My FI talked to one of his GM yesterday and was telling him about our little dilima. His friend said we should not buy everyones shirts - that everyone should be able to come up with $30 - $60 to pay for their own shirt....that's not asking too much! Whew! So we're NOT paying for shirts. Also, he suggested that me and my BM's get our pedi's at a salon here before we leave for cheaper and he thought it would be ok if we paid. He was just freakin out thinking about the $40 the spa at the hotel charges... So, it was a great night and we are agreeing to agree going forward.

We've always saved our change for our summer vacations too. FI usually has a few bucks a day in change, and just recently, I've started picking up lunch for my office, so I always keep the change. We usually have $300 - $400 by the end of the year. I'm so excited to see how much spending $$ we have in August before our wedding. We've been saving since July.
