    I got some new running shoes this weekend. They're the Nike's with the iPod chip in them. I ran last night for the first time in them. They're completely AWESOME!!! I ran 3.85 miles in like 40 minutes and it tells you your average pace. It makes me want to run everyday just to beat my previous run. It's the most motivating thing I have going for me right now =)

    I was having the hardest time with mine also. Just copy and paste the entire URL directly into "your signature" under Edit Signature....not the 2 boxes under Signature Picture that says Option 1 or Option 2.
