I'm not sending out RSVP cards either. So far, everyone (except for my bro) was RSVP'd on my site. I have also been communicating with my TA, as she updates me everytime someone books. Now if people do not use her, and do not RSVP on my site, then I'm $crewed, but I'm hoping everyone follows directions =) Everyone has been so excited when they book, they have been calling and telling me... I had our website on our STD and I'm also putting RSVP to our website on our invites. We sent our STD at the end of January and are sending our invites at the begining of April. It's 4 months in advance, but I want to give everyone advance notice that it's near... Hope that helps!

We picked 8/3/07 because we were wanting to get married right before school started again (for my nephews)....and after everyone's normal summer events. We picked a Friday because we went to a wedding in PDC in July, on a Saturday, and everyone had to leave to come home the next morning, and we wanted everyone to have a chance in enjoy/relax the day before they had to go home.

My aunt is giving me a shower that is for the ladies in my and my FI's family and some family friends....and I also thought about inviting my bridesmaids. We have some friends that are giving us a "stock the bar" party / pool party. We are inviting all of our friends to that - it's a couples thing one evening this summer. My question is, should I expect my bridesmaids to attend the "family" shower and the "stock the bar" party? I just think the family shower will be so boring with just the ladies in my and my FI's family. Is that bad of me??

No problem!! It took me a few times to figure it out...argh!! I stayed an hour after work one day because I was determined to get it =) Have a great day!

I never remeasured myself, but I would say that the inches stayed off a few days to a week. My clothes definitely fit looser for a few days. My FI thought I was crazy! But, I would definitely do it again!! Good Luck with your appointment!! Let us know how it goes!

I have to admit....I had one done last year before we went to Mexico. I did the one where they wrap your entire body with ace bandages...even around your head...under your chin. They measure your arms, legs, hips, neck...etc before they wrap you....then they soak you with some type of "mineral" water. THEN you get on an ellipical and work out for an hour as you watch t.v....they also had a vibrating thing in there that your were suppose to put parts of your body on (haha!) like your thighs...anything with lots-o-fat. Every 10 minutes they re-soak you. o.k., so I lost a total of like 15 - 20 inches...BUT...I really think it's because my skin had not popped back from the ace bandages being so tight. That's my story.

Maybe I'll order a dozen for $19.95 and see if they're too cheap feeling/looking. If they are, I can give them to my friends and continue to look.

haha - Jason! You're funny! I'm getting my FI's ring engraved with "I love you the most" and our wedding date. We're probably not going to get gifts....or at least we haven't talked about it.

I did chest, tri's and shoulders with my FI last night. OMG!! He kicks my a$$! I can barely lift my arms today! No cardio - but am doing cardio and legs tonight.
