Beach Palace Cancun Brides

Hello ladies I'm planning my wedding at Beach palace for May 2013 I'm wondering if there is anyone that has gotten married on the beach rather than the rooftop terrace? I'm looking at one of the new packages called Lavender Luxe and I would love to see some pictures of a wedding on the beach. Thanks for your help! Also, how much was the reception on the rooftop terrace?

Hey Ladies,

 

We are putting together our webinar schedule for BDW.  These webinars are great because not only can you get YOUR questions answered but also hear answers to questions from other brides that you may not have even though of

 

 

Webinars are a great way to not only hear directly from the wedding department but see the wedding packages that they offer, ceremony/reception pics, etc.

 

I try to only limit the webinars to once every 2 weeks so we of course can not do all resorts.

 

Please vote on which resorts you would like to have webinars on...you can choose more than 1.

I recently had my wedding at BP January, 15 2012. If you have any questions feel free to ask or email me: [email protected]. I was married rooftop, and had my ceremony in the ballroom. I know how hard it was to find information and pictures on here for BP so any information I can provide you with I will, as far as the resort itself, outside vendors I used and loved, BP vendors I used and hated, etc. I also have tons of pictures but am unsure how to post on here. I will do my best to figure it out. Any questions though, feel free to ask!

I am getting married December 5th 2012, and would like to know more about the costs of the reception regarding food and drinks. Are they included if we have a large group and have free unlimited private functions?  Also has anyone seen a list of the options for food?  What about options for having a longer reception on the sky terrace? I have heard that they limit you to 2 hours?

I've never heard of anyone having free unlimited private functions, so I'm not sure exactly what that entails, but I've definitely heard of a lot of brides getting free cocktail hours or even free dinners based on the number of rooms booked.  We earned a free cocktail hour, but we used it as a welcome cocktail hour the night before the wedding.

 

Prices may have changed for 2012 (we just got married in December), but the private function for dinner and drinks was $400 per table of 10, which I thought was for two hours, but they actually said three once we got there.  If you want an additional hour, it was $200 per table of 10. 

 

We did the buffet option, and I don't remember all of the different ones, but I think we had eight or nine different ones to choose from including a Yucatan menu, Mexican menu, International menu, and I think there was an Italian one too, etc....  We went with a classic Mexican one, and it was awesome!
