Where did you get the shells and starfish for the table? THey also let you put that on the basic cake? I am ordering a cake that doesnt look to much different and I am getting charged 8.00 per person.

I bought everything (except the sand, lol) for the centerpieces and brought it down with us. I got the different starfish (which they also used some of on the cake) while at the beach over the last summer. The shells I either had or my Mom collected on the beach in MD where they live.

I brought everything home with us and had Tom's Mom bring sand from Hilton Head with them up to our AHR this weekend and made similar centerpieces for it. Everyoone loved them and the centerpieces cost about $3 each -- total.

Our cake was I think $215 and I sent a pic of what I wanted (although it had candy shells and starfish, which I would have prefered) and they came up with this one. So, it ended up being less than $8 per person. If I can find the actual invoice I will let you know and you can tell her that you want my cake and how much I was charged. I'm sure they will match that price.

I am so crying looking at those right now. You were gorgeous, and that pic of Tom's face when he first saw you tells the entire story! I caught myself saying, "What a beautiful night." with a wistful little sigh. haha...it just LOOKED like you guys were in absolute heaven. So happy for you.
